Location was good and good value

Beds weren't comfortable, restaurant attached is lacking in value and service, toaster didn't work in room, nor did the 2 replacement toasters we got, gave up after third. Wasn't the cleanest.

Friendly staff, pool for the kids, well-cleaned rooms, extra things like cutlery, plates, bowls, bottled water and milk in fridge was a nice touch! Great value also.

Just the carpets were a bit old and shower head wasn't great. Nothing major though.

The parking especially down at our end was very tight.The restaurant was advertised as being open however we were advised after we booked in it was closed until the 5th of Jan which was disappointing

Exceptionally clean, well-provisioned with small appliances essential to travelling for work. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Parking at room door is an 'old-fashioned motel' bonus without the property being antiquated at all - in fact it was modern, private, quiet and comfortable. Everything you need for a secure and comfortable overnighter at a reasonable price. Restaurant breakfast (and entire menu) was contemporary and delicious.

Railway line situated nearby (not much you can do about that in a major regional hub) and train horn blared through the night waking me up with a startle once or twice. But otherwise, a very quiet property and excellent position to nearby retail and dining requirements.

Everything!! Staff super friendly, free washing machine and dryer with free detergent available. Seriously one of the best stays we had in Australia.

Quiet and clean. 2 queen beds not a single and queen. Travelling with a friend. No scissors paper rock for the big bed. Lovely staff. It was a quick stop but would be good for a couple days as a base to explore.

Locality was good, within walking distance to the train station. Nice coffee shops and takeaways nearby. The room was quite large with plenty of room for suitcases.

Location was close to the city, staff were very welcoming and rooms were clean tidy an spacious 10/10

The room was lovely and clean and had all the amenities you could ask for in a hotel room. Thr staff were lovely people.

The bed was pretty hard for my liking, and the pillow was a bit hard as well. The train was a bit close too. Otherwise is was lovely.

The super friendly and accommodating staff! Even after we checked out, we needed to wait for our bus, and walked in the rain. They offered help and accommodation for us to keep us dry from the rain.

The cleaning could be a bit better when we arrived.

Restaurant had an odd pricing system, not vfm.

I booked a surprise weekend away for my partner for Valentines day. He loved it. Friendly staff. Amazing food in the restaurant. (We booked in for the Valentines Day dinner special). Very clean. Very Accomadating. It was an excellent weekend 100% amazing.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shower was vigorous.

Room allocated was at back of property down a narrow corridor. Room apparently didn't come with a guaranteed parking space, despite 30% or more of car spaces remaining unused during our stay. WiFi wasn't available for most of our stay.This rendered thd cating facility yo the smart tv unavailable.
