It was comfortable and roomy

The TV didn’t work and had to get the staff to come back to the property to fix

Broken Draws in kitchen area TV couldn't adjust the brightness on the screen didn't like that the control was connected to Foxtel

it's overall convenient and clean.

Bed is moving and pillows needs changing.

The staff where very helpful, we got a upgrade to a king room which was very nice. The food we ordered from the restaurant was excellent.

Location was good for the event we were attending.

Place is extremely tired and run down. Very dirty.

The room was terrific with lots of space for our family of 5.

The air con in second room is super old and noisy so couldn't put on in night.Neighbours super close and left at 4am with a bit of noiseWould have loved a spa :)

No block out curtains on the eastern window, tv failed to stay on channel someone outside our room was trying to log in to pay tv, couch was heavily stained of crusty liquid on the arm rest, no face washer, and soap dispenser ran out first night

The location was good and the room itself was quite big and quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was missing a blind / curtain on the window above the kitchen area which we solved by hanging a blanket there!

Location was very good for me as I was travelling north and it was on my direct route. The pet friendly room was brilliant, spacious, very clean and comfortable for both of us and the large open green area across from the unit was perfect for quick toilet runs for my dog.

No breakfast available and as I arrived on a public holiday the restaurant was shut, however I ordered via Uber Eats and had no trouble having the food delivered to my unit.

Friendly staff, central location, easy to go around all the places.

Kitchen facilities should improve

Value for money and a good location..room was spacious and clean. Bathroom renovated . Liked having a fridge , kettle and toaster too..really huge tv

The bed needs replacing, it was not good to sleep on as were the pillows.. they renovated the bathroom but not the bed

Door was a little bit sticky, a truck parked behind our car once making it a little difficult to get out

The young girl staff from the reception was very welcoming and helpful.The room is spacious.

Please ensure that the liquid hand soap is refilled, it was nearly empty when we were there.

Everything clean and in good working order

The pool a bit on the dirty side but they had a break down and were waiting on the repair man

I had a king deluxe studio as I was staying for a few day and wanted a larger room for myself and my little dog. The studio was excellent size. Wow and the bed was just so darn comfortable the sheets and pillows were excellent. Thanks for the great stay will be my go to when I go to Bundaberg.

Not much to be honest

Old and run down for the $$ paidThreatened cleaning fee if plates etc not cleaned after use. Stayed 2 nights & no service due to a Sunday but insufficient cleaning products provided including no scouters etc. totally unacceptable.Door handles not affixed properly, light on outside allNight so couldn’t sleep well.Will not be back

The location suited my needs and it was central to where I needed to go. Great location as shops and facilities are close by.

The WiFi kept dropping out at times. This was the only downside.
