    Pros +

    • Position, clean and friendly staff
    • Breakfast was good. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The place was good for holidays.
    • Location, spacious, affordable & always clean.

    Cons -

    • Not enough cooking services and amenities
    • From the moment you reached the door you had to battle with the bent key in the glass door that if you didn't tickle its fancy was not opening for you, it likes a softer touch. Walk in the door and notice the poorly patched plaster and sagging ceiling. Followed by the numerous obnoxious signs that despite a very warm climate DONT TURN AIRCONS BELOW 21 OR THEY'LL FREEZE! Didn't know we were expecting a blizzard but alas be warned. Of course after a long trip who's not racing for the loo, here's where you need to hold on tight for the "slippery slope of death I just dont fit toilet seat". Followed by the rust filled shower screen and tile floors that apparently doesn't get cleaned behind the doors. Now as we move to the first bedroom your presented with a huge bed how luxurious until you sit on it, to say it was sinking faster than the titanic was an understatement. If your questioning why there's pedestal fan in the room well your in luck the ceiling fan doesn't work. The TVs don't bother satelite reception that jumps in and out no bother. Netflix or YouTube nah not going to happen. Just another useless piece of equipment. Wanting to cook in there well displayed kitchen go for it but when it comes to washing the dishes there's a complimentary dish towel that looks and smells like it hasn't had a bath in years, crusty too. Every single drawer in the kitchen smells like a mould attack. But dont worry im sure the fridge has had to fight off more demons as it appears it just got back from target practice, but that's just cosmetic. Well that was just a few of the things we encountered on our one night stay for $330, definitely won't be back. Oh and remember when you check in if you check in old mate has you write down and sign only your card details. Not common practice and had my partner questioning "is that legal?"!

Was very quiet of a night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was amazing very comfortable. Room was very clean.

    7MichaelPosted on: 1-29-2026

Spacious room, centrally located, little kitchenette was good, good enough for one night stay.

Cleaning of the room could be improved upon (floor in particular and provided bowls), 2 bedroom advertised room whereas in fact it is a standard hotel room with 1 little bedroom attached, not 2 separate bedrooms.

Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating! Stayed here for my first time in Bundaberg and returned here recently on my second time after such good service! We were running late and arrived after hours, and they made sure we got our key.

Very welcoming staff even turned air con on before arriving so room was nice and cool

    It is a little pricey

    7KayePosted on: 1-24-2026

Room was as described. Amenities were in working condition and clean. Basic tea, coffee, and biscuits supplied.

When I asked at the front desk to have a tax invoice for my stay I was told that they couldn't give me one and had to contact booking.com.

Plenty of room & facilities. Close to the pool

    7ZsofiaPosted on: 1-11-2026

Clean, nice staff, nice pool, liked the athmosphere. Nice ,comfy beds. Lights above the bed: one was missing, the other didn't work, and only one was working.

I booked it as a 2 bedroom unit, it was only 1 bedroom and compared to that it was a bit pricey. Otherwise our stay was good, staff was friendly, everything was good.

Value for Money, location was good and quiet. Good for if you want a decent budget holiday.

Affordable at Christmas. Washing facilities on site.

Beds were a bit hard. A mattress topper would fix that. Bathroom sink to wash dishes was awkward.
