Lovely staff - very helpful and knowledgeable, easy booking and great location

Bathroom was a bit dated, could do with an upgrade

It was very easy to find, the room was so nice, clean and welcoming. The communication was amazing and very clear for the fact I arrived after hours. The owners were also very helpful the following morning when I accidently forgot something in my room but had already locked and put the key back in the drop box. Would definitely stay again :)

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the lovely Tanya, I felt safe and comfortable. Upon opening the room, I was very pleasantly surprised at how modern and clean it was. The cleanliness of this room was next to none, could not fault one single part. The bed was extremely comfy and the pillows were lovely too. Cannot wait to return for my next work trip !

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Happy to look after my bags when I arrived until I could check in and the same when I checked out as my train didn't go until later in the afternoon. Also helped me which bus to catch into the main centre of town! It's also close walk to many take away restaurants to get dinner.

Nothing everything was great

Woman at reception VERY incompetent. I arrived and she said someone else had taken my room!! Hello, who gives out the keys?? She does!! My granddaughter had just had a baby 12 hrs earlier in a small central regional town and was airlifted to Bundaberg hospital. Apparently although a totally separate booking (both bookings fully paid for) the room she was referring to was booked by my granddaughter for her partner and 4 year old. This woman in motel never apologized for making HER mistake and when my granddaughter’s partner had to leave after only one night to take the 4 year old home, the motel refused to refund for the unused night. Surely there is some compassion in the extenuating circumstances. I do not normally complain but the woman running this show is rude, incompetent and not at all compassionate. As a school Principal I could run this show 600% more efficient and effectively!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Kimberly was excellent with communication and helped us a lot. Booking.com made a mistake with our travel dates, but Kimberly was able to work around this and look after us, her communication was excellent and made us feel confident we weren't going to be let down.

For an older place the room was nice and modern. We also found our room was well cleaned and maintained. There was also an option to order a hot breakfast if needed as well. Have stayed here the last couple of times we have been to Bundy and will definitely book again.
