Friendly hosts, peaceful relaxing gardens. Very comfortable bed.

A. bedside lamp would be good as I like to read.

The environment is very good, with the feeling of being in nature, which is very comfortable.

The sanitary conditions are poor. The quilts and bath towels are still covered with a lot of dust, and there are also many dirty things on the sheets.

Friendly welcoming staff, the location was great. Comfortable and clean. The parking spot outside the room was nice.

Nothing it was truly awful experience. The business has refused to refund me.

The room was dirty, with mold growing out of the aircon and mold in the shower and dirt and pet hair all over the floor. There were sooo many bugs that flew into the room at night, I had to out a towel down over the door crack to stop as many coming in. The bed had grass fleas and the owner said it was comman, because of the cane fields and that all other accomadation would also have them. You had to loan out kitchen utensils if you wanted to use the kitchette.

Room was clean, shower was great. Gifted a cute little bowl of chocolates on arrival. Staff communication was fantastic and super friendly and caring. Pet friendly. Cute family friendly motel.

Unfortunately some of the rooms are still being renovated and we booked 2 x rooms to accommodate our family. My pet friendly room was fantastic, clean and fresh, my husband and son’s room unfortunately needed some attention.

Exactly where l needed close to where I had to go. Good size room refurbished recently .

Is undergoing renovations currently which would have been handy to know but not bothersome. Easy check in out of hours.

Very quiet at night. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Close to shops. Very friendly and helpful owners!

Affordable rooms, allowing pets, friendly service.

Rooms are a little run down, however this didn’t hinder the stay. Landscape is beautifully presented. Pool area was a little dirty.

Friendly managers, good location and good breakfast

Jasen, the operator of the motor inn is accommodating and friendly, and gave us a call unprompted to let us know our room was ready early if we required, which I appreciated, and also followed up later in the day with instructions on how to access our room out of hours as we were running late. He was a pleasure to deal with.The room itself appeared to be in the process of exterior renovation, however the interior was clean and tastefully decorated in neutral beachy tones. Much nicer than I expected for the modest price point.The common gardens/courtyard area is nice and well maintained and lovely little crafty touches, and catered well for the pet owning customers (one of the few motels or hotels in the area that allow pets also)The shower was hot, pressure high, but a bit short in height as the shower floor is raised.. but that's being picky as I am 6' tall.The common room facilities are all there.. jug, toaster, cups, utensils and, conveniently, a full sized fridge. The basin is shared with the bathroom.The chocolates on arrival was a nice touch.

Not a lot to take issue with, considering the price point.If anything, the cigarette smoke from guests outside adjoining rooms can become irksome.
