Alexandra Apartments

Being on two levels gave more room for a family of 4. No comparising to a single motel room ,these Apartments are extremely likeable. The well equiped kitchen gave us plenty of options with young family.Easy key deposit out of o/ hours.

On safety issues, the sharp knives were in the 2nd draw. TV not secured to wall.. No battery backs on the remotes.

I have stayed here before and will stay again The apartment has everything you could need well stocked kitchen a Dish Washer crockery and cutlery also there is a washing machine and dryer and a clothe hanger . the beds were comfortable Wifi was Good The unit has a lock up carport .

Property was tired and needed maintenance and redecoration. Shower had poor water pressure and had limited hot water. Wifi was poor and mainly unable to provide connection.

Large bedrooms, 2 toilets. Friendly staff.All toiletries provided.

The 2 seater lounge .

Great place, 3 bedroom apartment, ample room, spacious area downstairs, full kitchen and easy access to local shopping centres and eateries, very central, it was a bonus having the washing machine.

The vertical blinds in every room all need replacing, some you couldn’t open or close them

Easy access with lockbox.Close to supermarket.Washing machine great for sandy/wet clothes from K’ringi adventure.

Bed and lounge a bit tired/uncomfortable.

A nice clean apartment that was great for the family. Close to everything you could want. Snacks available in minibar fridge, extra towels and blankets available, heaps of storage space. Nice little courtyard

Front door and garage door had no deadbolt, additional locks or screen - too easy for our youngest to escape. Not great access for prams, especially big ones. Bathroom tiles are a serious slip hazard.

The apartment was clean & tidy. If we were staying longer we would’ve definitely used more of the facilities. There was a little mould on the silicone in the shower, but it was clean otherwise.

Attached garage was good (but quite small so larger cars will not fit) but a little hard to get into. Small turning area. Good kitchen.

It’s a little tired looking. Air conditioner remote wall holders broken. Couch is not comfortable at all. Blinds are all broken so do not close properly. All lights not working.

The property was clean with ample room and beds. The facilities were good for a townhouse, however, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Check in and out process was very quick and efficient and the communication with staff was great. The property is very close to shops which is convenient!

Really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen and laundry.

The dishwasher didn’t work and the downstairs toilet door would lock itself so you couldn’t get into it

The location was convenient, close to shops and in a quiet area. Check in and out was easy and the one interaction with a staff member was pleasant.

The air cons need a clean they were dusty and mouldy. The back patio wasn’t very well maintained. The extractor fan in the downstairs toilet was broken. The dishwasher did not work properly so ended up having to was the dishes anyway. The photos advertised need to be updated to show a more realistic representation of the place.

Great value for money. Communication was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and apartment was spacious.

Property tired looking, furniture and beds uncomfortable, especially the two single beds, glad we took our own pillows, definitely needs to be spruced up.

Extremely roomy, value for money and very clean

Fantastic location, close to everything essential and only a short drive to everything else. Neat and tidy apartment, has all the comfortsof home. We stayed for a week and were offered a cleaning service mid week. It was great to return to after a long day of adventures. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bundaberg. We will definitely be back.

Passable

The property was a bit tired... just paint and good spring clean needed. Dinning chairs need to be replaced... most uncomfortable. Pls go try one!

Service was great, location was great, was easy to check in and out, was quiet.

The couch wasn’t big enough for all of us, our tv was very little, our neighbours was bigger, and our air con seemed to be broken so it was VERY hot.
