Location and ease of check in. Two double beds were very comfortable

Location, cost, quick and easy booking capacity, comfortable, clean.

Was a little hard to get service to check in, but all worked out okay, staff were busy which is a good thing as it means services are getting done.

$190 for 1 night, old and run down with no staff available

Broken chair, bad pillows, no extra pillows

Bed mattress was hard. Air conditioner made more noise than train. Very poor. Shower leaked water every were from the ceiling to the floor.very poor maintenance or inspections. Flush didn't work correctly in the toilet MOST IMPORTANTLY THE SMOKE ALARM WAS NOT THERE. A poor experience.

Clean and comfortable

They staff git us one double bed and we paid extra , but they did fix the problem and gave us family room

Hotel From Hell

Asked for a ground floor got given 1st floor no staff to get a changes, said they would give a map, no map took awhile to find, outside room block was blocked off couldn't park had to park 70mtrs from room, 2 x 75 year Olds carrying our gear in 35 degrees up stairs not happy at all. Bed was uncomfortable couldn't wait to get out of there.

Very convenient location. The room had everything I needed. Convenient after hours check in system.

Very poor cleanliness. The benches, sink, toilet,mirror etc. had not been wiped over or cleaned. The bathroom floor had not been mopped.Stains on the sheets and the shower ran all night.

I stayed for a very long time for work. I stayed in more than 10 motels in the last 3 months in QLD. I have never seen a hotel as clean and caring as this one.

Location was good.

Somewhat low standards for service and safety. There were no smoke detectors in our rooms, just the sign saying "do not remove it is illegal". Body wash in the shower was empty, the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like it had no bearings left in it, and tap leaking in one of the rooms. The restaurant was closed with apparently no plans to reopen it due to a gas leak. Definitely cannot recommend.

Fairly clean except for hair in the shower.

The bed moves along the Lino floor when you sit down or even move in bed.The coffee cups are tiny. The water pipes are very loud, vibrating. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the dispenser in the shower.

Good location and nice rooms

The shower was the worst of the trip. Just no pressure at all and would only just get you wet!!

Apart from my dislike(s)above, the facilities otherwise were excellent

Wasn't aware that my room was located on second (top) floor...And as there was no lift, much of my luggage (like breakfast cereals and additives (for the same) couldn't be taken up the stairs.

Central location

Not clean, hair in the shower. Curtains that didn’t fit the windows. Bed that with castors that roll around in the floor.

Not much at all

The front security screen was torn open and it looked like someone had tried to break in. The door lock wouldn’t close properly. So had to put spare bed up against door just in case. Cockroach ran across me in bed. Bathroom was very badly cleaned and shower didn’t work properly. No staff around to talk about it to. Will never ever stay again
