Comfortable enough. Nice bathroom.

No rubbish bags. No dishwashing liquid supplied. Roof leaked on balcony when it rained. Balcony was filthy.

Stated free WiFi but passcode was not available. There was no milk or coffee/tea / sugar starter kits available.

It had bed bugs. It took me 2 weeks to stop scratching.

I let them know afterwards and they said they would give me a refund if I didn’t provide a negative review. Tried 3 times to get a refund but never happened so I’m going to suggest that if they can’t do that, then I wouldn’t trust they would have removed the bed and properly fumigated. It was shockingly bad.

Location is handy to the golf course and shops.

No room service at all for over a weeks stay. No towel or linen change. No sign of any cleaners or staff the entire time I was there. Washing machine ate money then had errors and stopped working. Smart tv in the room but no connection. The shower was either boiling or freezing with no pressure to speak of. The kitchenette was OK but lacked basic things like a chopping board or cereal bowl etc.Location was great but unfortunately the place seems to have been left to die a slow death.. nothing executive about it.

The location was close to everything. The host is really responsive and nice. The room was nice and cool which is a relief from the heat and a 5hr drive plus fossicking for sapphires.

The stairs at the entrance makes the property a bit hard to get into especially when I am travelling with my kid and also elders. And lots of suitcases to unload for the night. But overall it is still achievable.

Great location , walking distance to the shopping centre , easy parking. Wonderful communication with the host , easy check ins , well equipped cozy spacious apartments, comfortable beds ! Highly recommend this hotel !

This place is tired looking. Unappealing entry, dirty carpets, scratches and marks on the wall. No towels in bathroom, missing cutlery, Blanket stuffed in the cupboard, 3 pillows on a king bed? Value for money wise, there are better places to stay.

That we were able to get 3 rooms beside each other. Also a quick 2min walk across the carpark to Coles. Golf Course was straight across the road, so could sit outside on the Balcony and watch Golf.

The smell of cigarettes hit you at the front door. Was worse inside the building. On arrival, all the rooms were open, including the ones that have been booked - which is very strange. We had 3 young children stay with us and we could not mask the smell of cigarettes. It is advertised as 'Self contained' which was great. However, was requested to wash dishes and cutlery - with nothing provided. We had to go across to Coles and purchase our own cleaning supplies. Most of the cupboard doors in the kitchen were broken. The cleanliness of the entire place was a 2/10. The cleanliness of the rooms were maybe a 3/10 - mainly due to the fact all doors to the rooms were opened on arrival and all you could inhale was smoke. The carpets, chairs and beds were gross - bugs in the bed in room 3 - only found when we stripped the beds and it came running across the mattress. I don't recommend for a family/couple/group. We definitely won't be staying here again.

The room was spacious. The property manager helped when not able to connect to the wifi. Washing facilities were available if you wanted to use them but I think there was a charge attached.

The facilities in the room were dated and inadequate. Only two knives spoons and forks. Same with crockery. I found a broken glass in the drawer as they were loose in a drawer. External door to the balcony was not able to be latched. The bathroom was tired and not clean and fresh looking. The ambience was zero. However as a stop over on a road trip it was ok. We eventually got the wifi up thanks to the ability to message the property manager. Communication was not an issue.

Clean basic accomodation near golf course.

Close to main road and backed onto shopping centre. Room at bit tired, needs a refresh.
