Very clean and comfy

Internet went in and out heaps

Size of the room was perfect.

Customers did not park properly 2 to a bay, so we had to park our car on the grass. I would suggest putting some lines so that people are conscious of other patrons who need a car park.

It was central to where we needed to be.

There were no staff available, no coffee and only a couple of tea bags. The shower leaked badly so there were not enough towels to soak up the water and shower. It was disappointing, also there was no place to sit at night to watch tv as there were only dining chairs or the beds.

Very spacious room apartment. Good value for money. Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff

We stayed in the apartments. The studio apartment was nice, large and modern, a good shower and a comfortable bed. The air-conditioning was on when we arrived which was greatly appreciated.

I would have liked to be able to get breakfast at the property. The floor was not properly clean. I had black feet in no time walking around bare foot. Other than that the unit seemed perfectly clean.

Location

Bed and sheets smelled stale and old. Cockroaches in all the rooms and a big gap at the front door bottom. Will not be back!

Disappointing

The lady who checked us in was very rude. She called to find out when we were checking in and we felt like we had to rush there straight after a 10 hour car trip instead of stopping so my children could play and have some food.

Plenty of space. Big tv.

Needed extra pillows and fans need a dust.

Great King Deluxe Suite ! Well appointed with everything we required ! We requested a late checkout & this wasn't a problem ! Walking distance to shopping centre & pub for meals .

We were upgraded to the apartments. They were fantastic. The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Got quite noisy with lots of construction workers talking together and their trucks starting up early morning

The flexibility and friendliness of the staff. Please thank the cleaning staff for their compassion as I was travelling with my 87-year-old Mum and arrived early, the cleaners were happy to clean the vacated room first to help us out- showing great compassion- we were really grateful. The photo includes us sitting outside on chairs outside the room.

The management were not very friendly Broken dishwasher stinking out apartment on arrival, with no dishwashing items like detergent, tea towels or chux until we asked. A handwritten sign said it was broken so management/housekeeping should have been aware we would need something to wash dishes. There were also multiple dirty dishes in cupboard Mould on some wallsOld frayed linenUsed broom only to get broken glass in feet after realising broom was full of glass which we spread through unit- no apology from management, in fact they were quite rudeDirty underwear under lounge on arrival

The room was lovely and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. No noise from road or other people.

Well change the cleaner cause room 430 was dirty dusty one towel was dirty the room was not clean its like its were they put the scum ..
