Route 66 Motor Inn

Rooms available at short notice

Very basic

Location suited our trip

Had to wash up everything in the Kitchen before we could use them , Pool was not clean either Was No Streaming Networks like Netflix like was stated when we booked & when I asked about it didn't really get a answer other than it's not in every room, could smell smoke coming into our room from people smoking outside & was woken up by the noise of people outside & the person above us having a shower early in the morning

Great location, good facilities and comfy beds

A quick wipe over before we checked in as it quite dusty inside

Room was very clean, tidy & comfortable. Easy to walk to town center. Restaurant at Motel.

Nothing to dislike.

The room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Toilet was directly behind bathroom door.

Central location, clean , all essential provided.

Little pricey.

Clean, modern

The constant smell of fresh paint

Great customer service Clean facilitiesNice big roomsBy far the best Motor Inn I’ve stayed in well Traveling QLD

bed sunk in the middle a bit which made it a bit uncomfortable, but I have stayed here before in a different room and had no trouble

Staff were lovely and went above expectations. great location and nice rooms

No tea or coffee in the room but milk was provided. Restaurant has small operating hours but good pricing.

Loved this charming motel! Clean, cozy rooms with great amenities and a budget-friendly price. The friendly owners made us feel at home. Highly recommend it for a nostalgic and comfortable stay!

Was fit for work purpose and the pool was a bonus

Strange Saturday night activity from other guests

Check in and Dinner

Furniture - curtains looking very old

Easy location

The air con swing flap was not working and it took a long time to cool down the room. Bedding was on the older side but still clean

Affordable and clean accommodation and friendly staff.

Small pool.

Location, pool, cleanliness and size of room

Flat battery in the aircon remote! We took the one out of the tv remote

Central in town

The floor of the room was very dirty, I don't know when it was last vacuum cleanedAnd worst of all the pillows were full of hair !!!Food also terrible !!! We thought it would be easy to eat in, definitely should have gone elsewhere

Everything. Nice friendly staff, nice restaurant, quiet clean room and accessible to town.

No shade on the pool.

The location and basic necessities

Booked an upstairs room and received a downstairs room. For $318 we had expected a little more space and fresher smelling air conditioning. The pool was why we also booked here and hasn't been cleaned but to be expected after the recent stormy weather

It is within walking distance to one end of town which is restaurants and services. Great little tucked away simple motor inn
