Reasonable price

We were allocated an interconnected room with the thinnest door with a big gap underneath which meant there was no sound proof. We had to sleep with the next room's TV all night and you could hear the slightest sigh he took.

Spacious and peaceful.Absolutely no complaints except we could not change channel on TV. We are constantly challenged by tvs but this one beat us!!The food at the pub was exceptional.

See above. Missed the league.

It was a really good price. Room was good with cutlery and crockery supplied and microwave

There was nowhere to put toiletry items in bathroom or anywhere to put clothes in there as well. Also only one bedside tables instead of two for a double bed

Room not the same as the picture in the advertisement. Air con had a musky odour.

Wew were the only guests so it was very quiet. For a country town, it is actually a very pleasant stay, big room and very clean.

Not much actually, it was a very nice stay.

It had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was easy to get in and out of. The location was walking distance to the shops.

The room provided plates and cutlery but no cloth or tea towel. I used the hand towel from the bathroom.

It needs an update. First aircon wasn’t working so they moved us. I don’t think anyone was surprised that it wasn’t working. Furnishings are drab.

The bed was very comfy!!! The location is close to town.

We were disturbed at 745am due to the flick man wanting to do his inspection.

Cost effective, easy to find

Central to everything. Coles and woolies just around the corner and everything you need in walking distance. Price is fair for a stop over hotel whilst travelling. It's nothing amazing but you get a comfy bed, fluffy blanket, hot shower, and roof over your head. Staff were super nice and very helpful! Was a joy to be there :) but I do have a bone to pick with whoever the cleaning lady is unfortunately..

Whoever cleaned these apartments needs to take better care next time to ensure it is up to standard. I don't know for other people, but for me personally, I found a cockroach on the bed and some kind of white stain on the grey/black sheets. I think new sheets and maybe some roach baits are in order

Location is excellent near middle of town but tucked away in a quiet street and just a half block back to the pub for excellent service and food. Recommend for short of longer stays.

We liked the soft beds and felt like it was good value for money. We also liked how everything was within walking distance.

Our rooms were a bit hard to find but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Shall not go back

Window didn’t close properly. Runners need cleaning. No bedside light. Shower floor to slippery to be classed as safe. In an alley way. Parking areas need some tender loving care.

Near the room, whole night Some people were making some noises...It was not a big issue.

Location was great - actual motel is a block or two away from the pub where you pick up the keys. Staff were easy to deal with. Shower was great and towels clean and crispy

Cleanliness

I didn’t like being told I had to provide my driver!s licence & that this was something all accommodations would ask for, when I had been staying at numerous accommodation addresses & had never been asked before or since. This makes me suspicious & I wonder why he asked for my licence, & I believe he copied at least the licence number, as this is an easy identification card, that can be used for illegal purposes. If it is possible I would like it deleted from the Commercial Hotel records, thank you, Christine
