Beds are amazingly comfy, everything we needed was there. Staff were absolutely amazing and even said good night when my daughter arrived late from fishing.

We were going to be late checking in, phoned ahead, call returned within 10 mins of message. Very helpful and understanding.

Friendly good and responsive staff, whilst the property is old they have made sure they are looking after the customer.

It is old and deserving of the current upgrade

Renovations

Easy walk to restaurants and pubs. Quiet community this time of year - summer in western Queensland.

Major construction and redo of the facilities. Everyone was respectful and carried on their work as quietly as possible. Just a bit congested. It will be great when completed.

Disappointing

Restaurant under renovation, so had to go elsewhere for meal, construction work noisy. This was not advertised when booking.

The Park Motel is close to town with restaurants and taverns. The restaurant at the Park Motel was closed as it was being renovated.

I loved that the bathroom had a spa bath the bed was comfy I loved the supply 2 bottles of water

I didn't like the stairs and I felt rushed to leave by cleaning staff going around at 9ish knocking on doors when checkout isn't till 10

Wasn't warned about the renovations. Heavy machinery and loud workers outside my door before 6:30 in the morning.

Location perfect right in the town area but still quiet- Family room was large and roomy . Big TV , and all of the extras. will stay again,

No food available but is being renovated other food and cafes within easy reach.

The pool was nice and the staff were friendly and happy to assist. Location was convenient. Free water, Clean towels.

Very clean and tidy room. Friendly informative staff.
