everything was good. Its a great price. and location was good for me.

The buildings were close together so you could hear people and cars coming and going at night

Cabin was comfortable, very clean and fit for purpose. I would happily book there again.

I thought the bathroom window could have been frosted, or at least tinted, to ensure a higher level of privacy

The air con was making that whooshing sound and not getting all that cool, but it wasn't bad enough to interfere with sleep. If I'd stayed longer I would've seen someone about it.

Great rooms and space in cabin

Was a quick last minute stay as we got stuck for the floods and the price was just so expensive for one night but had no choice or my kids would of had to sleep in a car in a town we didn’t know

Location and cabin were good. Nice sized as well.

Unfriendly SMS basically saying if I had a pet cancel now, we didn’t have pets only had kids. Then followed up by a similar message through bookings. Took out cutlery and one knife had Vegemite all over it. Drove from Roma and was happy to arrive , but I’ve had better welcomes at a funeral home and a lecture about how sheets for each bed cost $15 as they come from in town. I was too tired from a big drive to find another location to stay otherwise I would have.

Staff were great and accommodating when notified we would be arriving late. Room although was a little small, the kitchen, living area were spacious. Clean amenities. Dog friendly to the extent that they can be left outside on porch, it was adequate for what we required (small poodle).

Bedroom area (moving around bed) and bathroom were very tight.

The staff are always lovely. I have stayed here pretty much every time I’ve been to charters towers. The facilities are clean and serviced and the rooms are comfortable.

Clean quiet and friendly

Well located, close to major routes so easy to find, but fsr enough away to be free of traffic noise. Rooms are comfortable and clean with good facilities, the Tourist Park is clean and well maintained, and a good spot to break a journey or to stop and chill for a day or three.

The cabin we had was nice and clean and had a kitchenette in it which was handy. We were close to the pool which was great for the children. The air conditioning in every room was great ! Staff were very friendly and accomodating as we were visiting family in charters towers for a wedding. The cabin was a great size for our family of 5.

The beds were very hard an upgrade on beds would be great and perhaps pool staying open a little later than 7pm would of been good when on hols.

Washing was a bit expensive $6 per load and the dryer was $12 (2x $6) I was lucky to dry my load in 2 cycles only because the drum was hot from previous person which cost them $18 = 3 cycles per 30minsThere is 3 washing machines and only one dryer unfortunatelyBring your gold coins
