There was another guest banging on the doors of an apartment further up from us and yelling at the top of their lungs at various stages across the night which meant any sleep was very difficult. The main gate was broken which meant anyone could access the cars or rooms. Maybe if this gate had been working this would have been avoided as would risks of cars being broken into. Didn't feel safe or sleep when we had had a long day of travel and a long day coming up. Wouldn't stay there again and would recommend no-one else does so unless the basic things are done better.

We booked last minute and the staff were so accommodating — they gave us a ground floor room so we didn’t have to carry baby gear upstairs and even supplied a cot. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge before continuing on with our journey.

The pool was a bit cloudy during our stay, but the kids didn’t mind and still had fun. The restaurant/café didn’t open until 10am, which made it a little tricky to grab a morning coffee — though the room did have instant coffee available, which was a nice backup.

Great location. Very tidy and clean. Bed is really comfortable.

Very small negative comment Chicken parmie great price but there’s a herb I don’t like maybe marjoram in sauce ?also mushroom gravy tastes so much nicer than plain gravy Also how often do you wash the blankets

After booking on bookings.com we checked into our room to see we were charged again by reception. We headed back down and after a long conversation the receptionist basically told us there was nothing they could do. However about half an hour late they came over and told us they had refunded the second payment. The bar staff were very good and the chicken burger was amazing. Beer was reasonably priced. Our room was okay. it looked to me as if no one had been in there for a while a lot of dust and cobwebs. Bugs can get in through the gap in the door. Wouldn't stay again.

The pool was cloudy and a little bit slimy on the bottom.

Great meals, Clean Comfortable & quiet. perfect for the traveller.

Proximity and facilities were good

The bed had visible bed bugs (room 1). It was too late to request a room change. I only got 3 hours sleep and had to load up on antihistamines the next day. Also one of the milks provided was already open. TV worked and the water was hot!

Bathrooms were like a 5 star accomodation, beds were comfortable, it is gated (felt safe) and the photos on the website actually look like the rooms. Staff were great as well.

I loved the bed, it was very comfortable and I had the best sleep. The only thing is where I was laying the sun came straight through the window and onto my face which kind of bothered me especially when I wanted to sleep in. But besides that everything else was good.

Just the window and how the curtains where set up, the sun came straight through he window when I was trying to sleep in.

Please pay closer attention to soaps and things one of the conditioners was empty, I hate being bothered to check in by text and email that is your job not mine check in @ 2pm is too late 12pm is more reasonable hire more cleaners xx

All things were good enough .

The door of the room cannot be locked from inside. Some strangers try to open the door, I think they were too drunk and my door was not locked properly inside the room. Luckily I put my luggage down towards the door and it helps to hold the door.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. I would stay again.

Food was not great but I am a fussy eater.

Was a really good stay. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and it all looked just done up.

The outside appearance. At first I thought it was going to be ruff because the outside looks ruff but don’t judge a book by its cover

The roomWasn’t cleaned when we arrived however the cleaners had nearly every room to clean and the tv remote the first night nor the second night until the manger came over with the remote that worked the tv

Room service

I didn’t like being upstairs and having to walk through lots of men smoking on stairwells I’d prefer floor room, The person who booked me in was unprofessional using profanity @ 1pm in front of children the person who served me room service was helpful friendly and professional

The bed was soft and comfy , nice fridge nice shower awesome aircon ( heatwave) great little soaps ect lovely towels , bar right there next door ,

The yobbos by the pool rude noisy liquid drinking , starers !! Made noise all hours of the night maybe high all nighter
