Handy to be able to walk over to the pub for dinner.

Being near the pub with lots of noise. The TV was stuck on one channel.

I liked that they had availability at the last minute

I was disappointed as I did not feel that the pictures and the reviews were not in line with what we experienced. On top of that there were people talking and partying all night outside our window. We had stopped in only for a few hours to refresh and get some sleep during our long trip from Alice Springs to Toowoomba. We ended up leaving early and sleeping in our car not too far out of town.

Comfy beds spacious room tidy clean and comfortable

THE MEALS were fantastic and the staff exceptional. will stay again.. rooms a bit outdated but clean.

Food was good at the bistro.

Aircon did not work well, and beds were really uncomfortable. The facilities are very run down and needs a renovation.

The beds were beautiful comfortable once we got the aircon sorted it was nice to sleep

The cups could of been proper coffee cups n normal teaspoons n more power points

Convenient location

Room was grotty. Mould in shower, dirty floor. Little fridge froze anything in it.

The staff were great, the rooms being situated away from the short walk from the main premises was a bonus as the pub noise was not an issue

The floor was dirtyThe airconditioner was dirty and smelled musty and struggled to cool the room. The sheets had stainsThe bathroom had dried blood along the floor and wall under the basinRubbish was piled up out the front of the next room. Signs leading to the reception led to a disused part of the motel, we had to enter the kitchen before we found some friendly staff that redirected us to the bistro for check in

The staff were very friendly and helpful

When we got there, there were drunks a couple of rooms down from us. The lights in the room didn't work properly, and there were empty bottles outside the room. The second room that we got the bathroom sink tap wouldn't turn off and there wasn't any spare power points for ua to be able to charge our phones

The room wasn't cold. The aircon filter probably needs cleaning. Room18.

My aircon was not working properly and very hot when we arrived as outside over 40degree ?

The staff were friendly.

Other guests having people around being very noisy until 1:30am. Call hotel nothing done.

Aboriginals carrying on at 2am in the morning yelling and yahooing like there isn’t anyone else there trying to sleep, someone with a key tried coming into my room whilst I was asleep

Out of the centre of town, pub meals were great.

A little run down, couldn't get tv to work properly.

Convenient in a quite location

The bath room was not cleaned properly. It had mould around the edges of the shower , toilet and hand basin

Good location and restaurant, room was perfectly okay but definitely not fancy

Staff lost the key to my room when I arrived. They spend ages looking for it then realised they had given it to someone else (sounds like a staff member) who had left with the key. They did give me another room with one less bed, no refund.

Very dated and worn - needs an overhaul. Bathroom door didn’t shut, shower screen door broken, TV remote dodgy, singe bed mattress uncomfortable.
