Lovely and helpful staff. Location was convenient to all facilities. Air conditioning was excellent!

Clean comfortable spacious room with basic kitchen facilities which were very handy eg toaster microwave cutlery and crockery

On the highway into town so could be noisy but not so much at night

Aircon wouldn’t stay there in the midst of summer cause it wouldn’t keep you Kool, being close to the road didn’t help either too much noise!

Walking distance to shops

Air conditioner not working properly, no pool. No refilling of tea or coffee and no cleaner. Didn’t get information on password for internet, no paid TV as advertised.

The lady on reception she was very helpful ! She was filling in whilst the managers were away, and she was friendly and very helpful!

That our room was upstairs would have preferred a ground floor room but apart from that no complaints

Room was bigger than needed for a overnight stay

Was given a upper story room when we wanted a ground floor room which would have been sufficient. Instead we're given a disabled room and charged a hefty fee which we had to take considering we had just driven 1200 kms. My wife is partially disabled, not fully and the facilities in the disabled room were not used eg the walk in shower.We blamed Booking.com as there is no facility to book a ground floor.

The food and location

Bathroom Drain Smell, WiFi is unusable.

Had a fantastic stay at the Spinifex Motel, rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable.Owners-Hosts were very friendly.

The room was very clean but was next to road. The truck traffic noise was deafening- couldn't sleep from 4.00 am onwards. Manager was understanding re the heavy truck traffic noise. Accepted cancellation for the remaining 2 nights and instructed Booking.com to give us a refund, which I had to chase up 3 times before they finally actioned it.

Large room and bed.

Upstairs room. As we are elderly it was difficult to take our bags up the steep stairs. Would ask specifically for a downstairs room next time.It stated Kitchenette, so I expected we would be able to cook in our room but this was not allowed.

Room was comfortable and clean. Short walk down into town.

My room was close to the road which is the main road in and out of town, a lot of trucks. But that’s no fault of the hotel.

Spacious and comfortable- having a lounge to sit on was a bonus and greatly appreciated. The manager went out of her way to ensure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons.

Motel room was well appointed, bed comfortable, bathroom good & room & all areas exceptionally clean.

My room was a bit noisy, with traffic and dogs. Bit far from town.

The room was spacious and the aircon was cool

It was a public holiday so the restaurant wasn't open. We realised quite late that we didn't have towels and reception had closed early so had to call but eventually towels were delivered. There was a dog in the room below us which woke us barking at 2am.

We had to change booking last minute due to flooding. Kathy was very helpful and understanding. The property is in a great location, super clean, good fast internet, overall very impressed. Will definitely stay again
