My room was not clean it was a small room littles hair all through the bathroom I didn't feel comfortable' laying on the bed

Bathtub dirty old felt I was going to fall through the bottom Had hole repair and rickety Something torn off wall Shower screen loose Bottom bed sheet not crisp Garlic prawns shells legs left on Freezer not thawed Carpet shampooing

The good location

We didn't get our parking spot as the owners car was in it and wouldn't move it would have made our stay better as we had to go down to buy stuff for our house and had to keep unloading our car

Room and facilities were good

Noisy people next door who want to drink and smoke till the wee hours without consideration for others

Was tidy but could do with a spruce up.

Not really.Every thing was really clean, fresh and staff were pleasant, professional and friendly.

Our dogs could stay

This place was in the ghetto. Pool not useable and not maintained. Air con too small for the room. Very tired decor. Door glass blocked with a towel taped over it

Friendly staff, nice big room, very cosy, able to spread out & enjoy the space. Very accomodating with needing somewhere safe for our caravan.

The pool wasn’t as good as expected.

Quiet location

A long way out of town. Old & run down. Old tired furnishings. Strange smell. Air conditioning didn’t work consistently & was very loud.

Nice staff and great team. Our rooms was very clean and beds are comfortable.

Large room which was comfortable for both us and our pet. There was a bath and shower- which was a great change from others. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well (and was needed)

The wifi signal was not that great.

Not what we paid for

A towel in the room has a dirty bandaid stuck to it the pool was green and the furniture was old and smelly would not stay there again

Big rooms

No screens and mosquitoes. Poor ventilation. Old stained smelly towels with too much fabric softener. Synthetic bedspread and blanket crackling with static. Toilet cistern running constantly. No flannels, cold water, tissues, biscuits. Reception unattended, having to phone for attention. General neglect.

Was happy with the size of the room, for a pet friendly room.Bed was comfortable, slight roll into the middle.

1- unlocked the room and the first thing we walked into was a smokers room, didn’t sleep well as we were choking on Smoke.( we are non-smokers)2- not the right TV remote to turn on tv, we had to do everything manually, only one channel ABC gardening show, as we couldn’t change the channels.3-Toilet button needs updating to hard to make it flush4- hot water always running from the bath taps, while showering burnt my feet.5- A loud water hammer all night

They told us to remove everything of value from car as many break ins in this area.

Other ppl smoking joints outside our room both nights for many hrs

That there was a bed to sleep in

Everything. No restaurant, no facilities, didn’t see the pool. No water in the room. Nothing like the photos on booking dot com. I had to check it was the same place. I could tell by the doors.

The tidiness and condiments available were well kept and stocked

No key drop box when leaving early

Lady in the office was friendly and helpful. Changed our room to ground level for my elderly mother.

The beds were not very comfortable and there were cockroaches. We left 2 days early

The staff are amazing from saying good morning to doing a amazing job around the place. The cleaners work super hard to proved the best job possible. just a wonderfully accommodating place. Just to give just 1 example of the thoughtfulness of the workers they have come to clean our room and saw my dirty clothes pile ready to take to the washers on the ground in bathroom they have gone out and got a basket for me to be able to do my clothes.

The actual room was clean, tidy and comfortable

The whole property looked tired and in need of attentionBalcony was very unclean
