Isa Hotel

Location was good. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Noise from others in rooms near by.

Location was great didn’t need to drive anywhere, could walk to everything we needed.

Only one elevator, was challenging with a pram. Also the skylight in the room, if you like darkness you aren’t able to get that.

A long walk from reception to the room

We went to Isa for a sleep test overnight, ideally needed a comfortable room overnight. The aircon is not working well, and had an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Very dirty establishment in which we could not even spend the night, the cleaning had not been done for a long time. The excuse of the establishment when we pointed it out "indeed it has been a long time since the room was rented" without however offering to come and clean. Still waiting for our refund.

Very central location with steak restaurant below. Clean room

Very hot when I arrived. All places I have stayed would have the air con running leaving a cool room when you arrived. It was 42 degrees outside arrived to a locked up hot room. The mattress sagged in the middle

Meal was amazing, aircon was very cold. Room was clean. Great water pressure in Shower and great range of coffee, tea and hot chocolate in room.

Restaurant is good

Cleanliness of the bedsheet, lot of strains in the white colour blanket inside the red colour cloth cover.

Location in the middle of town. Proximity to Rodeo Bar and Grill (good food).

Reception was hard to find (it’s in the adjoining Red Earth Hotel), and I had to drag a couple of roller cases through a labyrinth of stairs and passages to locate it. No fresh air or windows in the room, skylight blacked out.

Very good location, with parking and the best restaurant in town. Walking distance to shops.

I have been staying for years , it’s central with good meals

I stay as they have coffee machines in the room , this time it was damaged almost unsafe. I reported it but not action was taken. One day the room was not service

Only one issue I came back on Thursday night to find my room had not been serviced. Disappointed

Nice rooms, great food, very helpful staff

Although room service was offered, no one answered the phone in the morning or night so I had to walk down. In the morning, room service was apparently offered from 6am but no one was at reception to answer the phone until 7am. A different phone number needs to be provided.

Located in the centre of town with comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Location was convenient and walking distance to the town centre.The Isa Hotel itself had a very nice atmosphere, entertainment most nights and a great bistro. My meal was delicious.The upstairs rooms were quiet and not impacted by any noise from the hotel.

The room was basic but clean. The shower pressure was poor and the decor was outdated.

Value for money, looked good, beds comfy. Bar and grill awesome menu and great price

Poor lighting only 2 lights in room one in doorway other up against the wall where cupboard and bench was, no lighting for over beds. Hard to find entrance, hard to get to room from carpark.

There was not much to like about the stay only thing would the receptionist who was polite

The hallways look dirty, the carpets need to be replaced . The room is tucked away with a view of the aircondtioning outlets which were extremly noisy until after 9.30pm I guess when the kitch was closed , power tripped out whilst ironing a shirt.

Excellent location, within minutes walk to everything. There is Rodeo cafe/ bar on ground floor. Meals are nice, cafe was never overcrowded yet have patrons all the time.

I wish there will be off street car park available for guests.

Very good location. Very good restaurant in the hotel. Lots of parking.
