Room was a good size.Dinner at the restaurant on the corner was excellent

Coffee machines are always broken in the rooms. The Rodeo Bar & Grill is literally pathetic, slow and the food horrendous.

there was mould in the shower, marks all over the walls, dirty carpets. the hallways of the hotel were filthy, exterior doors are filthy.

Has a lovely authentic feel about it with a boutique feel.

Very dated and overused without serious renovations and upkeep. Carpets should evidence of high traffic without regular upkeep. Sheets were not cleaned and one of the Aircons didn’t work properly, if at all.

Location

Room was a little dusty. Could see dust all over coffee machine and cups and pods so didn't use.

Decor.

Noisey and unruly party goers in nearby rooms screaming and yelling until midnight. Screaming and yelling coming up the hallway from the interior bar. Very poor sound pollution to people who are trying to sleep

We all loved the Architect and design of the building it appear old which made it feel luxurious.

Locate in the middle of the town square.

Location is central and the facilities are quite up market.

The rooms facing the main road are very noisy on Friday nights when the pub next door has live music.

This is a beautifully renovated hotel in the centre of Mt Isa. Its an easy walk to major attractions and restaurants, as well as having its own in-house restaurant. The rooms are large and nicely decorated in a period style with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. It was warm and very quiet at night. There is free off-street parking behind the hotel. The staff seemed friendly and helpful.

We received a strange email from the hotel when we booked with a link to a suspicious looking URL. I rang the hotel and they said it was legitimate, but Booking.com said to ignore it, which we did.

Redearth was as we expected and in a very central location and close to hotel with good food.

We loved the location for a pair of 70 + years. Couldn't hire a car, which was a bit disappointing. But managed to get taxis for a couple of things we wanted to see. We would love to come back with a car another time.

We were a bit disappointed in a few of the meals at the Rodeo bar & grill. Not going to go into it but a bit more care & attention goes a long way.

The location is terrific with a hotel part of the complex - with a good meal.

The property would have been beautiful when first done up but it has been neglected terribly - to the point we had an ask to change our room as the curtains were filthy and hanging off. There was a big hole in the wall and the cupboard wouldn’t open. We were moved to a room that was slightly better. Needs some money spent on it!

Curtains needed repairs (tacky), ceiling lights dirty and of poor lighting quality
