The location

Our room was old, needed a bit more cleaning and the air-conditioning was terrible. They need to keep things updated, especially for the price we paid

Good location, size of room and staff

I understand the remoteness ,style and age of the hotel,however,the bathroom would definitely benefit from some work,noting the shower glass screen was cracked in a number of places

Old but reasonably clean

Room had a view of the ocean but I really liked that you could walk to the foreshore. The pathway along the foreshore was excellent. Restaurant food was pleasant but not enough options for more than 2 meals there. Breakfast was OK and essential as there was nothing within walking distance. Staff were friendly and courteous.

There was no flyscreen on the verandah door. I would have thought that would be essential? Parking spaces were small given the size of most of the vehicles. They were not numbered so people parked where they could. On our last night, we could not park in the space provided for our ocean view room (furtherest from reception) because there was a large garbage bin parked opposite. That bin looked like it was a permanent feature - can you move it?

3rd time staying here but 1st time in a ocean view room as other times they were already booked out but highly rate just

Good location near waterfront. Good restaurant. Spacious room. Quiet. Good shower.

Very bad lighting. No power points near bed. Noisy old aircon.

Clean, great location near water and shops. Dinner was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comparatively, a good value and clean hotel which is great for short work stays.

No coffee at breakfast on the second morning.

The location is nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is big and the swimming pool is nice. The breakfast is nice. The food in restaurant is amazing. And the TV is smart TV that can actually allowed us to sign in Netflix, Disney plus.

Wonderful swimming pool and delicious dinner at the restaurant. Easy to park and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Powerpoint in the bathroom didn't work. The walls, doors and bench where the electric jug sits, and closet need a good spring-cleaning. The blind also did not roll down.
