Hedland Hotel

We had car troubles this Hotel and Staff could not have been more understanding or helpful to us we wanted for nothing from the minute we checked in they are a team and it shows food,drinks,breakfast all over par!! All staff and the property are Wonderful

This hotel was great all round!

The restaurant was the best part of the Hotel. It was updated, fresh and open. The room itself looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years other than a coat of paint. The online photo was not representative of the room itself. The bathroom was out of the 50's and while clean didn't feel clean. The venting fan looked like it was falling out and wad broken; the towels had an odd smell to them. For what we were charged a night defiantly not value for $$$. We would not stay there again. The staff were all great but the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Location is great.

Room was airless due to the windows not being able to be opened.

Cleanliness hotel next door. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Myself and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Hedland Hotel. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the beach. Views from our room were so beautiful! Our room was very clean. And the food at Rays was amazing!

Absolutely nothing.

Extremely rude staff member whose name was Courtney. I had 3 drinks and she physically took a glass out of my hand. The trip was terrible and movedhotelsto where I was treated with more respect.

Remove Courtney who stigmatised myself and friend.

Window sill had dirt and dust on it after room was cleaned.

The view over the bay was beautiful and the attached restaurant had very good food as well as a beautiful view.

The pool had no shade.

Room was hot in the bedroom, AC didn’t cool the whole accomodation

Did not have breakfast. The location is strategic and the staff are great!

Breakfast was plentiful and laid out well.

Restaurant (dinner) had limited choice and I felt a bit ripped off being charged $50 for half a lobster the size of a prawn, overcooked and poorly presented.

Room 2 shower temp was great. Beds really comfy, Awesome view of beach and pool. Restaurant was amazing (food, drinks, facilities and location).

The bathrooms could need a little renovation. Very old style. Shower in room 5 was hard to get it to just warm, it was either boiling hot or cold. There was no usb points in the wall. The tv was a bit difficult to get going but did in the end.

Our room was away from the restaurant and bar, so nice and quiet. Clean, tidy and with everything we needed. The breakfast was a highlight. Very happy.

Disappointed with part of my food order on Thursday night. An iceberg salad with ranch dressing was basically a browning piece of lettuce dumped in the bowl with accompaniments on top drowning in store bought dressing. Suggest drizzle dressing or have it separate on the side. $12.00 is a lot for a side salad.

Great location, staff and food was good. Rooms need a bit of a refresh, but comfortable enough.
