It smelt, bathroom had hair all over it.Moldy shower it was horribleThe office smelt very bad

Location was good for where we needed to go.

Next to a main road - extremely noisy trafficUnable to access cable tv Netflix - even though it was advertised.

It was clean and comfortable but I had to ask for cutlery?

Close to city and restaurants

Nothing can be done, but noise from traffic was loud at night.

It was good, the room was okay and the lady was nice.

Fridge wasn’t working properly, the room was good but it looks like it needs repairs and the windows were hard to open, I needed to air out the room as it had a smell.The lady I was talking to at first didn’t know I had a booking, it took her a bit to find it, and that was unprofessional to me.

It's it convenient for what we required

We booked in late ( 8.00pm) but did ring and advise time of arrival so keycard was left in key code access box. No problem accessing room but room was certainly NOT 4 star accommodation as advertised nor resembled online photos. Rust very evident on bedside lamps and luggage rack. Aircon needs a clean as do windowsills - corrosion on taps and plug in bathroom. Hot water scalding in shower - dangerous. Loose wires hanging from wall connecting lamps. Dirty occasional bedside chair.Wanted to order breakfast but no menu in room as was advertised so unable to order breakfast. Tried after hours number and left message - no reply. In favour - sheets were clean but mattress substandard for 4 star. Very disappointing as paid premium price for room $349 for 8 hours. Will not be returning.

Too cold in bed for this time of yearReally hate the air conditioners set to go into a different mode after an hour. Guests wake up all night resetting air con and on for comfort.The pet hate I experienced was an overzealous cleaner repeatedly knocking on guest doors from 8am onwards. This should never happen whilst guest is within the purchased period - no knocking before 10am checkout time

the lady of the motel was so friendly and efficient that check in and any questions were answered and handled with a smile.

Was hoping to relax with a swim and we were disappointed that the pool was under maintenance.

There is no 'Room Service' as advertised, why I chose this place :(Busted my toes on a tiny step to bathroom :(The cleaner 'banging' hard on the door 9am before my checkout time :(( ... never experienced this in any accomodation i book, ever.

Comfortable bed

Owner male was asking very personal questions very in proper questions.cockroaches in the fridge and bathroom

Ceiling had a crack from one cornice to the other and through both cornices in the ceiling. It was a sign of obvious movement in the building. The room and facilities were tired and in poor maintenance. The padded lounge chair in the room was clearly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for very long time. The shower facility was so small that it was hard to manoeuvre in the cubicle and water sprayed onto the floor if the door was opened. The swimming pool that we could see from the room was green and dirty and in need of maintenance. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

The manager Sam and his lovely wife of the property was awesome very lovely couple husband and wife where amazing. But the owner of the property charged me double and couldn't even get a working key for the door however the manager Sam and his lovely wife reimbursed my money back and got us a working key too. Would stay there again absolutely love Sam and his beautiful wife. Lovely smelling rooms and very clean.

The property owner he thinks he knows what he is doing and makes it worse. I was so glad when I met the awesome manager Sam

Did not order breakfast however the staff were more than happy to provide me with the tools necessary for me to make and eat my toast in the morning.

Clean, Tidy and easy accesses. Staff were very courteous.

Noise from sirens in the early hours of the morning, which was nothing to do with the motel.

The convenience for work

No soap for handbasin, the shower seal leaked and water went everywhere, trim on the kitchen cupboard was off and looked very untidy coffee was barely drinkable missing lamp cover in lounge area and the corner of the area cracked and needing repair the whole place needs painting after the repairs done

Location near central Ipswich is good

Rooms are quite small, beds appear to be at the end of useful life

The room was dirty . They had no bed for our child and we didn't stay there . They would not refund us or supply a bed. d

Room was dirty I have photos, no bed for our child, air-conditioning was no good.

My bed was exceptionally comfortable the room was dark and the aircon was silent

There was no cake of soap to wash my hands
