The room was clean

Good location, friendly staff. The facilities were sufficient for our needs

The walls are quite thin, and the Motel is near a main road so it can be a bit noisy overnight. Bring earplugs!

It was OK. Very dated and a bit shabby (had a very small TV), but reasonably clean. I was 'up-graded' from the room I'd booked (which I thought had 1 double bed) to a larger room, but it had 3 single beds. Not what I considered to be an up-grade as I would have preferred a larger bed. It was value for money because I just wanted a cheap bed for the night. Local dining/food options were limited, but there was a shopping mall a short drive away.

The cleaner left some cleaning materials in the room and remnants of the previous occupants snacks (crumbs) on the desk.

The establishment owners were friendly and considerate. The room was lovely, fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and linen crisp and clean.

Plastic glasses, International roast coffee and only 1 tiny milk between 3.

Easy access, parking very accessible and friendly helpful staff.

If I had to have any complaints the heaters was on the opposite side of the room so took a while to warm up the living space.

Location was excellent. I walked across the road to the Cenotaph and caught the 151 bus to the hospital - only 15 mins ride for 50c - I couldn't have been happier. Also, I was able to leave my luggage to be picked up after my day surgery.It is really the perfect motel for anyone requiring day surgery or visiting the hospital.

Everything was excellent though it did take a long time for the hot water to kick in. When it did it was a really good shower.

The motel was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had friendly staff.

It was a little loud from the road noise and the internet was not good. The water was not so hot.

Said we damaged property when. We hadn't even touched it made me cancel and stay on the streets for the night, ues I lostbthe key I'll own that but sure iymts housekeeper on her rags and blamed us

It was an excellent location to shops and facilities a comfortable room and a very friendly staff that would do anything to accommodate you.

It's close to the centre of town. For the price and the star rating it was good value. The facilities are a little dated but clean and comfortable.

Parking is a bit ordinary, especially if there's a couple of larger 4*4's or vans.

Huge room, comfy beds, great location easy walking distance to the mall and the CBD, with a playground and park just opposite.

Room was clean and tidy. Parking was right out the front of the room and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Ipswich CBD

The sliding panel shower door was a bit difficult to manage and could do with a replacement.

Was clean & comfortable. Only thing was the traffic. But it's on a main Rd so it's to be expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

On a busy road, had room at front of motel , there wasn’t one available at the rear.Walls of room thin could hear people talking.First three nights extremely noisy from other guests.

Junkie waking me up at 3.30 am had to deal with idiot then and next morning, reported to Motel manager
