It was nice and clean

The lady at the reception was very rude she also didn’t tell me about the $200 deposit on the key and room till my wife was about to pay it

The open plan setting made you feel like you were not on top of other guests. The pool was fabulous and the pool area great to relax in. The bed was very comfortable I had wonderful two night sleep.

The room and grounds were very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful

I can't understand why extra milk was not replaced on the second day. However if that's all I got to worry about when everything else was excellent will use this as a base when visiting our grandson from time to time.

Easy to find neat and tidy the room was easy accessible and cleanliness.

The staff were very friendly. My phone charger was not working and the lovely lady at reception provide me one to borrow. It had great facilities like the kitchenette. Overall, it had a very comfortable feel

Fantastic location to the local shops and minutes away from larger shopping centres and Ipswich center. Lovely motel with great parking and facilities.

The rooms said no smoking yet reeked of cigarettes...

The room was lovely and quiet and very comfortable beds.

Nice, friendly reception staff who gave helpful instructions on late check-in. The room has some nice touches like biscuits, a packet of milk in the fridge and a microwave, which is useful.

Price a bit steep

We were only staying for a night before our flight to Japan, but being there made me think I would like to come back! Huge, generous sized room and so many amazing facilities! Pools, bars, resturants and beautifuul scenery without ever leaving the hotel grounds.

For someone with bags packed for overseas travel and no car, it was a fair trek to the room with heavy bags in tow.

Large bathroom.However, shwr was old and small with dripping shwr head.Well lit, nice big vanity.

Overpriced. Room was clean with everything you needed, but carpet and furnishings were outdated. Expected up market decor and furnishings for price.

The staff the Lady at reception did not make me feel welcome when checking inn… both Lady’s in the office were standing at the window looking at us when we pulled in and continued to stare at me the whole time whilst I was getting out of my car and walking to reception. Completely unnecessary.

One single mattress wasn’t firm. Otherwise the rest were great.

We liked the poipsition of the motel ,close to what we needed , comfortable bed ,everything in the room we needed .

My wife would have liked a hand held shower rose So didn't like the shower
