Front desk staff were very helpful house keeping was flawless plenty of towels and milk and cookies. Room size was bigger then expected plenty of room for 2 babies to play before bed time. Aircon was very powerful cooled the 3 rooms within mins

No out door lighting so couldn’t swim after dark. The batteries were flat in all 3 pieces of gym equipment

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Tiles need a good scrub. The pool wasn’t available because of tree trimming.

Great value for money. Other amenities close by. Car behind secure gate. Large suite with HUGE modern bathroom. Clean with good water pressure. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay a great one.

Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay.

It’s worth every one of its 4.5 star rating. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious, staff is helpful & obliging and the location is ideal.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location was lovely and convenient. Close to shops and cafés. The room was spacious and comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff when available, were really friendly.

The pool and gym were both very dirty. I had to clean the pool myself for a swim, and even then, it was quite slimy at the bottom. Breakfast buffet advertised is weekend only and was packed away long before 10am on the Saturday. Front desk is unmanned most of the time, so getting an answer to a question takes about 12hrs if u call the number given. For the price paid, this was all very disappointing.

Stay wasn’t long enough

Had lift access and room was clean.

Second bed for an adult guest was a fold out which wasn’t advertised as a fold out bed.

Great location for what we needed. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious and great place to rest after a day out.

We booked and paid for a room with a pool view, not a carpark view. The room was not as pictured and felt and looked very dingy.

Sara and staff are wonderful. It's so clean and a great location. This was our second stay and won't be our last.

We were attending a wedding and it was conveniently located. Room clean, beds comfortable, water hot, All you needed.

Convenient walking distance to restaurants. Easy to find. Simple check in and check out.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Facilities were well kept and comfortable. The location was great with many food places close yet nice and private.
