Large room and a comfortable bed. Located directly across the road from a suburban shopping centre, so easy access to anything you might need. A couple of kms to the centre of Toowoomba.

Stayed in the King Room - room is very big we had the upstairs room - which had our own private balcony with two chairs and a table so we could sit outside at night and the breeze was lovely - beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is large

People at night not being considerate opening and closing the door to their room and letting the door bang loudly at very late hours of the night - nothing the motel can do about it - stayed in the two-bedroom apartment previously and because these rooms are very private, we didn't have that problem

We have stayed many times at Platinum and this time we thought the property was a little tired.Bathroom sink filled up and didn’t empty. Beds very saggy and shower too slippery.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the chef the meals were absolutely amazing and clearly prepared with care.The rooms were clean, tidy, and very presentable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to unwind and finish the day. Overall, everyone was so kind and approachable, creating a really positive and enjoyable experience. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this property.

Aircon was very noisy and disturbed our sleep!!

The only thing of note is that their restaurant was not open on a Sunday. There were plenty of dining options so hardly an issue.

Got charged so much more than expected but that may be due to booking.com but for what we paid, it wasn’t worth it

The room was very clear and comfortable. It was actually as described and the bed provided exceptional comfort. The parking was spacious and the receptionist was attentive and professional.

The television lacked internet tv - such as YouTube or Netflix

The location was perfect for us, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the motel complex was well kept and clean.

One of the best rooms I have stayed in for awhile. It was spacious and well layed out, as this was a working trip I had plenty of room to work in. At first glance the bed looks like it may be too soft but it was very comfortable and as someone who has back issues bed comfort is important and this bed was great. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and the meal came out quickly and was enjoyable. Not many hotels have a mini bar these days but the Platinum International does and it was well stocked and reasonably priced.

There's not much to dislike about the room, all I can say for this room and any places looking to be at a higher rating is single ply toilet paper. Why? Since you need to use more of it surely it turns out costing the same anyway. Increase the ply and my stay would have been perfect.
