Potters Toowoomba Hotel

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The kitchen staff were very helpful as were the team at the front desk. The location is great providing easy access to TGS for school sports.

The room was clean and outdoor table and chairs were appreciated. Large Laundry room. Parking was excellent just outside the door.

The room was ultra small. We were stepping over luggage constantly as there was no where to put it. The locking system on doors was very heavy and regularly locked us out.The room was noisy during the week due to the child care centre next door. Very Early morning truck deliveries were extremely loud. Limited facilities were available in the room, no toaster or microwave although we found out later that there was a microwave available in the laundry room down the corridor. Restaurant closed breakfast Sunday morning,

The hotel is excellently located adjacent to the Toowoomba CBD with the Grand Central shopping complex only a block away. The rooms are presentable with up-to-date appointments catering to what appears to be the hotel's predominantly corporate clientele. It certainly seemed similar to the hotels I stay at while on business myself.

There was a period (can't remember exactly when) in which newer hotels like Potters decided it was fashionable to install half-screens and no doors on their showers. Unfortunately this 'look' is undermined by the impracticality of having water going everywhere - not something I expect from this type of venue. The lack of a lift is also a bit short-sighted in today's age - I don't need a steep staircase to remind me of how unfit I am! Ultimately, while the hotel is nice and comfortable and I'd stay here again if I was on business (ie with someone else paying), I left feeling like it fell short on my expectations for the price paid.

Friendly staff, clean, convenient position, easy parking. Totally hassle free.

Beautifully presented, allowed a slightly earlier checkin, ensuring our room was cleaned as a priority. Great location, close to multiple food outlets, room was clean and well maintained.

Nothing that we didn’t like, would happily have stayed longer

Rooms are large and clean. Great bathrooms which are very clean. King size beds on the firm side.

stale coffee capsules…. unusual but probably the environmental choice that does not deliver freshness….

The room was fine. Bed was fine. Everything was fine.

Only real problem was getting woken up by kids being dropped off at the day care centre next door at 6am. Not the Hotel's fault, I know, but if I stayed there again, I would ask for a room facing the carpark, and upstairs.

We had a wonderful very comfortable stay at potters hotel. The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and really accomodating of our needs. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a getaway. It’s very close to the main shopping centre, cafes and restaurants. Location, easy check in, clean and very comfortable.

Nothing major. Ironing board needs new cover. That is the only negative.

It was clean and very comfortable. It was walking distance to the big shopping centre. The Christmas display was a wonderful site.

The room was large with a large comfortable bed. The furnishings were modern and attractive. I particularly liked the lounge seating area with a coffee table and feature lighting. The kitchenette area was well appointed. Lovely bathroom. Great undercover parking. We took the complimentary Uber to the Golf Club for dinner, which was a lovely addition to the stay.

Very clean, great easy location, comfy bed and very quiet. Easy walk to shopping and places to eat.
