Nightcap at Federal Hotel Toowoomba

Comfy room

Bathroom a bit old with stains in shower and toilet system

The location was convenient but it was still quiet. The room was spacious.

A microwave in the room as standard would have been handy. The pillows were not at all comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. comfortable, clean and warm.

Close to everything. Big room. Quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Had to go to the bar next door to request plates and cutlery for the room. Not too difficult to do, just unusual. Could have a small shelf or bench to hold your clean clothes in the bathroom when showering. Had to put them on the floor. Otherwise all good.

Central , close to shops etc

Rude staff , didn’t seem like she wanted to help me , no one to facilitate a early morning check out , needed to go to the Pokies to return my key ????

Great value accommodation. Drink voucher on arrival which I never seen to use. Friendly staff and easy check in at the gaming counter and opportunity to take gambler snacks. Large, well appointed room with nice smelling toiletries. Bottled water in fridge.

Clean and quiet, really good size room, excellent wifi

Would have liked a microwave toaster and some plates and cutlery

Great service, location & the meals at the Federal were really good. Very comfortable beds!!

There was only 3/4 roll of toilet paper and 3 tissues. I was prepping for a surgery procedure......

Friendly, helpful staff! Great location, very quiet.Large, clean room. Great value.

I love staying at The Nightcap , hotel next door for meals.

Extremely spacious rooms , the bed was so comfortable . Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location ok but motel seriously needs renovation. No facilities in rooms, no assigned carpark

Close to my daughter which was why I was visiting and also Federal Hotel where there is a nice restaurant.

Good breakfast, quiet & close parking.

Location was great, driving distance to main shopping areas. Great dining area next door, a great place to meet friends. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds and friendly service for an enjoyable breakfast. Have stayed before and will again.

All good.

The motel is located in a good area. Had a nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

The carpark is extremely tight. The grounds were untidy. Limited resources in room, no plates or cutlery. Fridge had a smell and was very small. Motel was pretty soulless.

Yes the Nightcap at Federal hotel was very nice and clean and value for money.

Could maybe have number carpark

Convenient for our needs

A little confusing booking in. Had to go to hotel next door for key.

It convenient to have meals etc

The Taps were leaking in bathroom, and we don’t like soft bed, we like harder straight bed

Very clean. Comfortable bed and blackout curtains gave a good quality sleep. Spacious room. Tea & coffee making facilities plus a small fridge. Central, quiet location.

Smell of bleach was quite strong on entering the room. Maybe some air freshener would help this. Bathroom tap needed a new washer, but reported this to Reception.

Clean and nice quiet location, and hotel was far enough away from rooms to cause any noise

Could hear the guests in room next door very easily, they were not being loud ether, just lacking sound proofing

Great with hotel next door fir meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and had great separation between beds.

Bed was a little too soft for me, but there were really good quality sheets and pillows.
