Bathroom needs up grade

Very clean. Close to town. Friendly staff

I check in to my room I need to have shower no shampoo I look everywhere I could find I ring reception no answer no one their I want to petrol station to by shampoo

I’m not happy

This motel has everything you need and the owners are always very helpful and friendly. The common areas and the rooms are spacious and tidy, you are also provided with coffee, tea, biscuits, sugar etc. Tv has netflix, youtube, satellite channels etc.

Bed comfortable

Fridge frozen and door didn't even shut ,run out of bodywash, room showing its age especially bath room, door lock mechanism sticking and no dead lock system

Old building with aged bathroom BUT it was pretty clean and I had no issues during the stay. A typical Aussie motel :)

Bathroom needs a Reno, but was fine

We had a seperate bedroom with twin beds and double in the main room.Nice and clean, lots of spaceIn walking distance was a Spar, cafe, fish and chips, bakery and a fantastic kebab restaurant, bottle shop. very handythere was a pool and spa, unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy

Very small and dated bathroom . Shocking noise above room sounded like a chair was being dragged across the floor . Went on and on until around 12pm.

Location was great. Across the road from a good cafe, snap gym. Good value for money and clean and tidy environment.

The staff were fine to start off with, then I was told you are watched and listened too outside constantly and I feel like that’s an invasion of my privacy, not so much the cameras in general. Plus I had two visitors who didn’t stay in the room and when they were seen leaving we were approached by the staff who were rude when asking why I had them stay when I clearly didn’t. They should know considering they watch your every move

The bathroom, particularly the shower, needed an upgrade

Location was excellent. It was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was for my parents and they were given an upstairs room as it was a spa suite. They really want to be downstairs and didn’t care about the spa at all. The managers offered to help with all of their luggage which was fabulous but they did manage to give them a room downstairs after discussion. Much appreciated. And it was possible to open the windows and let in fresh air versus relying on the air conditioner. Highly recommend.

Queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, even smelt clean. The bed was also pretty comfortable. The internet was running slow, I called down to reception and they found the issue and sorted it out right away! Customer service was amazing! I would stay again.

I wasn't really put off by anything, in my opinion you get more than you pay for. Can't complain about anything.

The bathroom was a big let down shower was very moldy and it all delt unclean, floor also looked like it needed a good scrub.

Was located close to friends and the gardens. Also close to dinner location.

No real problems but did inform the owner of shower rose leaking and shower gel container was empty.but otherwise all was good.
