Comfort Inn Glenfield

Fantastic location for the horse event at Hodgson Vale.So lovely to come back to a great shower, walk to the pub for dinner and a nice comfy bed for a great nights sleep. This was our second stay and will definitely come back

Easy accessible, well maintained, reception staff friendly and professional, clean and functional, value for money

Aircon needs replacing, vents are broken

We like everything about the Comfort Inn. Whether we’re on our way home from Brisbane Airport or at a hospital appointment - the Comfort Inn has become our favourite place to stay. The staff are lovely, it’s in a perfect location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the dinner menu looks absolutely delicious.

Very comfortable stay at Comfort lnn, Glenfield. Great friendly staff

The motel was away from the CBD but just a short drive to lots of good restaurants. Our room needed an update (so it was a good price) but the bathroom was a good size. There was a pool but we didn’t have time to use it. Toowoomba has beautiful parks & gardens and Picnic Point is a must-visit.

The air conditioning unit starting dripping on Sunday evening so we couldn’t use it overnight.

Was so clean. The staff were so friendly. Couldn’t do enough. The cleaning staff were so thoughtful in our experience there also.

No complaints

Great location, good for one night stay, helpful staff. Parking right outside our room.

The room spray or deodorizer used left quite a strong scent when we arrived in the room. It dissipated somewhat over time. I found it challenging as I have sensitivities to scents however because we were a late arrival and early departure the next morning we did not request to change rooms.

Location of Facility

Beds were not comfertable. Bedrooms very small , Shared Aircon in whole Unit which was installed in main hall.

Great location. Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Easy access to food options and shopping areas. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was satisfactory and very prompt service. The room was nice and quiet.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.Would have liked a dining room so we could have a drink with evening meal.

Location to our family at Drayton Clean, reasonably spacious Easy found

Nice and clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Close to shops and take-aways.

Clean and modern enough

Lady in the office was rude

Easy to find and very clean and everyone was helpful will stay again next time in Toowoomba

There was nothing

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, offering great value for money. It was also very spacious.

The instructions for the TV was not complete so was difficult to get working but the lovely staff assisted me and it was all good.

Convenient location near a shopping mall. Dedicated parking slot. Easy entry and exit. Nice receptionists.

Beds a bit too soft. Not all windows have insect screens.

This place is out go to every time we are in a Toowoomba, they are very accomodating and very helpful, perfect location. We love the comfort Inn

Comfortable. Plenty of hot water.Friendly staff.

We stayed in 2 bedroom room. We liked the spacious room, undercover parking right in front of room, close to shopping and fast food places, full kitchen facility (including microwave).

No Power Point in the room. Single bed isn't comfortable (it was sinking). No luggage holder in one of the bedrooms.
