We walked in had a look at the room and left we didn't stay it needs to be shut down

Size of room.

Had no access to pool and room was dirty with cockroachs every where kitchen had dirty dishes on sink bathroom was dirty kitchen no lights in stairs ways at night outside was full rubbish and very untidy.. definatly would not recommend people live there drink smoke and party all night.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The rooms had NO power for the fans to work and bathroom had no doors and mould and bugs everywhere. I have stayed at a number of places and this has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Still waiting on a refund

This place is not fit for anyone to stay at Lawns and gardens all over grown and bugs through the room with no power at nite sockets

Mattresses were stained,rubbish found from previous occupants in the couch,blinds didn't work properly,dirty sponge provided for washing up,cockroaches crawling through the rooms,shower head filthy,floors sticky and could go on as there is alot that needs replacing or could do alot better

Location was great. Lots of old furniture in and around the facilities.

Too much old furniture hanging around in and out side the facilities. The TV had no TV channels to watch except Netflix, which we don't have. Couldn't watch anything

-The cleanliness was very bloody poor -The room smelt disgusting and looked like the carpet had never been cleaned let alone the bathroom, the toilet paper was half used and toilet seat was up when we got there which lead me to think it hadn’t been cleaned either.-the sanitary bin beside the toilet had used items in it.-beds were made with just a top sheet on the mattress and another top sheet on top to sleep under no blankets-the light and fan in the main bedroom didn’t work so they left a pedestal fan and once plugged in it didn’t work either-couldn’t open a window because there were no fly screens and being on ground level worried about people getting in-the pool was empty

It was not a pleasant stay.

Facilities, state of the grounds and the rooms.Dirty dishes in the sink, skip bins and general waste bins overflowing with rubbish. Rubbish on the grounds. On-site parking is not near the rooms.

Location was good, large room

Rubbish all over the place, tiles lifting all around. Pool not in use and this was not stated before booking. Off milk in the fridge, room was run down needs some tlc

Beds were comfy , gave us free upgrade

Room hadn't been restocked and used milk container left in fridge . Internet kept cutting out all night

We booked a room with a spa but one wasn't available when we arrived.

The manager was very pleasant.

The car park had a large build up of rubbish, the room had a musty smell, air con didn't work, curtains falling down, dowel in the door to lock it as there is access to this room via a balcony with a window to the next room, lounge chair greasy stained, dining chairs vinyl was peeled off, guest rules on wall headed saint Vincent de paul society, warning to lock all doors and windows before retiring. Bedhead at adjoining door with neighbours noise clearly audible. No water in the swimming pool.

There was rubbish everywhere n no kettle or toaster plates, knives forks, spoons it was a joke

Off street parking. Very large room. Air conditioning worked well

Wasn’t clean. Fridge on but not working and hadn’t been cleaned out. Off litre of milk ready to explode inside. Given a huge apartment as last to book in, it had space for 8 but only 2/8 pillows had pillow cases. No idea when beds were last made and if sheets were clean (think one spare single bed had mould on the corner). Air was thick and musty and floor creaked and felt slanted. Bit better after opening all windows and pumping aircon. Shower-head a mess. Kitchen appliances had melted plastic. Dish rack had dishes in it (clean but not put away). Seats at table were peeling vinyl. Pool view overlooking an empty cracked pool, not for swimming. Receptionist said her boyfriend does housekeeping so wasn’t game to bring up the issues to her.

Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Comfortable Queen-sized bed. Quality furniture.

A tiny kitchenette and a small lounge/dining area. The air conditioner, which was located in the bedroom, did not cool the lounge/dining area. Poor soundproofing. There was rubbish strewn across the rear of the propeety, including an overflowing skip bin, which smelt.

Good location.

The fridge didn't work, the TV antenna didnt work and the shower didnt drain properly. The room smelt like smoke. When checking out we let the owners know that the things were broken they stated "oh yes we did know that just haven't fixed it yet". There was no tea, coffee, sugar or milk supplied. There was soap which had been opened in the shower and was stuck in the shower. The bin in the toilet looked like it had blood stains on it.
