Room was spacious and the spa was amazing

The pillows weren't very supportive, but the bed was comfortable

The light from outside was a bit annoying. It made the whole room light up.

Great handy spot. Nice view except the floodlight shining into the balcony.

There could be more apps installed for those wanting to watch sport..ie Kayo.

I have tried 5 other models in Toowoomba in the last 6 months when traveling for work and this was by far the most best experience I’ve had it the room was clean & smelt fresh their onsite restaurant was actually a bonus as the others weren’t

Place was great to stay staff were very friendly and helpful and room was beautiful definitely stay there again

Just didn’t like the cockroach in the bedside table.

It was lovely as we stay there each time we go to towoomba, as I work for neil mansell.

The bed was nice and big for my wife and me shower was ok bit more pressure of water would be nice , the t and coffee was nice but ni biscuits were there would have been nice to have with a cuppa, most motels I have been to have 2 lots of biscuits.

Good sized rooms in the unit. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the room service meal at night that offered variety in menu choices.

Felt uncomfortable leaving windows open at night for fresh air circulation due to lack of security screens on windows.

Shower pressure was ordinary and Pillows not comfortable

We've stayed in quite a few places due to travelling for work & none of our stays have had amazing beds! This stay was exceptional and the bed itself was 5 star quality.The pillows, bedding everything was on par with a 5 star hotel.My husband was excited to have had a king size bed just like home because most of the beds we do stay are only Queen.The room & bathroom was spacious, the T.V was in perfect alignment with the bed at the perfect height so we were able to tuck into bed and watch a movie.A quiet location away from the traffic & noise and a short drive to our market the following day.A wonderful stay and will choose this again.

There was nothing!

We've stayed in quite a few places due to travelling for work & none of our stays have had amazing beds! There was nothing!

I only needed a room for the one night and it served its' purpose. I had stayed there previously with my husband and the return visit was because we had no challenges during the last stay.

The cover on the single bed was dirty. The food? stains were hidden under the decorative cover at the bottom of the bed. Because I was on my own I was going to use the smaller bed however once I found the obvious marks I opted for the larger bed. The bed was far too soft for anybody with back problems - me!! Took a while to get mobile in the morning!!

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The simple things make a difference and could have been thought of like a box of tissues in the bathroom, an extra bath towel and a USB wall connection rather than just power plug sockets.

Very clean. Walking distance to hospital. Had Lavazza coffee pod machine and real milk. The room was made up each day so you come back to a tidy bed which is rare in motel rooms now. Very spacious with couch and table. We had a romantic dinner in the restaurant which had a wonderful selection of gourmet dishes and some comfort food classics. We took dessert back to our room and could have got it all as room service. Reasonably priced. No need to drive anywhere as the atmosphere was just as lovely. Quiet amongst gardens.

Had trouble connecting to the wi-fi to watch the smart tv or to screen cast but that could have been our outdated mobile phones.
