Pros +
- The business owner was very helpful and friendly. She also offered fresh milk for the Tea and coffee. This may be only a small thing but it matters. So much better than the little sachets of powder or plastic capsules. Super comfy bed with lovely sheets.
- Comfortable bed, hot water.
- Friendly staff decent size TV
Cons -
- Shower leaked and needed new carpet.
- Door had huge gap resulting in attic blast coming in under door. Towel fixed the issue but door needs attention. Gap at least 1 inch
- The beds were very uncomfortable, also the pillows were very high and very hard with no other options.

Location
As a family with a toddler and a 6 yr old we were totally disappointed that there was no pool, we booked this place because it was advertised as having a pool. On arrival we were told the pool had been filled in. If you have young children this place is not for you as there is absolutely nothing for them to do.
Very clean and tidy, comfy and big t.v
Not my favourite shower with the pressure but not a deal breaker at all!
Just how easy to get to. Just out from the centre of the city. Park at the door.Room was spacious.Bed was delicious. No problems.Easy out to move on south.
All good.
The facilities provided were as expected for this standard of accommodation. Clean, tidy. Availability of microwave was good, nice size small fridge. Good to have a lounge as well as a small table and chairs.
It is on a busy main street. They have hedges. It's a shame they don't let them grow taller to block out noise.
Close proximity to work
The excessive swearing and Yelling and having fear for my car. As the group of people two doors away, Had multiple visitors that were all drinking as well as children throwing things at cars. It wasn’t a pleasant experience
Bed was very very comfortable and linen spotless. While room is dated everything did what it needed and was very clean.
The motel is in a good location. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent price for the room.
It was a bit hard to find the front entrance to the motel. You could hear a bit of the front street traffic noise.
The friendly welcome I received on arrival! Lighting was great for make up and room was pre cooled for my arrival
Nothing I did not like!

Friendliest, most helpful & caring staff.
Inevitably, it was on a busy road, traffic noise especially in early morning.

Location and number of beds.
The pool was not operational and the children were disappointed as that was one of the reasons we stayed there - the pool.
Staff were lovely, the room was comfortable enough and close to shops.
Location
Carpet unclean with sticky residue that made our feet black. Mattress was lumpy. Bathroom average, shower screen was rusty and unclear glass. Pest control were spraying as we left?!
