We had room 20 - a lovely peaceful spot. Clean bed comfy, pillows beautiful! Felt safe and private. Would certainly stay again. Grounds were spotless.

Location is good. Just watch out for the permanent speed camera around the corner!Good room, friendly staff, and nice open space in the accomodation. Pool would be nice in Summer!

T.V and couch are small. But we are spoiled in todays society.

Location is perfect for travel to the speedway at Charlton both before and after the meeting. Traffic lights at the intersection make for a safe and easy access onto Bridge St.

A heated pool , would have been nice or a hot spa .

The beds in the main room didn’t have side tables or lighting by the bed. Also the beds were pretty firm and the double bed sunk in the middle somewhat. Good for one but not two. Ended up sleeping in the single bed on the second night.

Peaceful of an afternoon, nice spot even though close to main rd. Can’t hear any traffic.

Chairs provided to lounge out in/sit in were fairly worn an uncomfortable to sit in, no decent water pressure in shower. The power point near the bed was located under the bedside table, not a convenient spot.

Only stayed one night after a night out. It was quiet, everything worked & we slept reasonably well.

Nothing much, it was clean & fresh, & should be lovely after the refurbishments apparently underway.

Easy to find, close to hospital and aldi store across the road with other shops. Friendly owner and very helpful. Comfortable room with undercover parking. Will definitely stay again.

Property had been damaged and the owners are losing business due to negligence of a guest

Had a large room with a very comfortable bed. It was nice and quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tub chairs in the room need to be replaced.

On outskirts of Toowoomba so not so busy. Just perfect for us. Loved that car was undercover as well.

Location and easy to access, but the room size was great for a family. Own room for mum and dad, 3 single beds for the kids, massive living and dining and big bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and the room had everything and more in it. Definitely going to stay again when it’s warmer to enjoy pool area as it looked beautiful.

Very well equipped room, spotlessly clean and a good size. Very close to shops and restaurants.

The fact there was individual parking that was also under cover right out side your room as well

We had to purchase bowls and spoons to have breakfast as we didn’t want to order room service

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Large room with a comfy bed. The bathroom was huge and had great water pressure in the shower. Parking was excellent, right outside the room.

The chairs are a bit dated but otherwise the room and facilities were great.
