Staff were very friendly

Friendly staff and great value for money with the meals we had

Loud fans , no milk or coffee , curtains would not give privacy ,

Nothing, it was terrible & we left.

Black mould like things growing in the kettle, pool dirty and unkempt, mattress hard as a rock, aircon didn't work properly, rude staff member. I would call this, a homeless motel not a holiday hotel. I don't like the deception on here of the motel being appropriate for travellers.

It was located close to the Toowoomba Speedway, shopping centre and lots of healthy takeaway options.

For the price, it was very good.

Great organisation since we were checking in late at night. The room was very spacious and great shower facilities

Good sized room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location. Spacious parking.

The curtains could have been a bit heavier for better coverage, but luckily I travel with an eye mask. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I'd stay again.

The unit was clean and all the appliances worked in a satisfactory manner, they appeared in as new condition.The picnic set in the cane carry case was a novel and unique idea which indicated to me that the management had put a lot of thought into how they stocked the unit,

The hot water in the shower was in consistent in that it would adjust to a good temperature and after a short while get hotter or colder requiring further adjustment. This occurred a number of times,

Pillows were a bit firm and high so neither of us got good sleep.

The size of the room was quite small

It was adequate. But the food was next level. Had the steak with vegetables and it was great and plenty of it

The drive up access to the room made arrival and departure easy and smooth. The room was simple and clean, exactly what I was after for a short overnight stay before an early start the next morning. Late check in was easily accommodated by the staff.

Great location with very clean rooms. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Great room and the lady gave us a larger room to cater for my mobility with a walker. Easy and quick access to Toowoomba hospital with our being in town or in a noisy area.

They didn't ,have a room with rails in the bathroom. Something to consider.

The location was excellent for us, Room was clean and well presented. The facilities in the room were basic but well presented and in good working order.
