Lighting could be brighter

Nice room, air con great, only 10 minute walk to golf club, nice big bathroom.

Good location, Gold club is good for dinner and free lift back and forth

Lounge looked like someone had died on it and the shower wasn't clean

Bathroom starting to be a bit dated, and find it hard getting in and out of bath to shower.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and clean.

The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and the facilities were very basic. There was a fair bit of rust staining around the shower tap. The beds were a bit too firm for our liking.

The politeness of the staff and their willingness to help.Room Size, the bed and a TV that was a good size.

Need to fill the shower dispenses on a more regular basis.

The spa is lovely. Nice view of golfers.

No couch for comfy tv watching. Pillows weren't good.

I thought it was closer to the City Golf Club. It is a bit of a walk and not advisable at night. I also expected views based on photographs on the booking website

Comfortable , location and valve for money

The room smelt maskey , as if got wet at some stage, mould in shower , the shower was to low because of the ceiling height, the shower glass could have been longer or a glass door to stop water flowing into bathroom , I wonder if the shower drain ever gets cleaned otherwise the room saw good

I've stayed here before and was really impressed. Great location. Quiet at night. Big TV with Foxtel. Nice bathroom and generous size. The room I got last time was in better condition that this time around, not sure why. Still a great option for an overnight work stay. Loved that it had a microwave too. Good wifi.

I got Room 9 this time with outdoor chairs inside instead of a couch (looked tacky). Also, the kitchen/bathroom floor tiles needed a really good scrub. It didn't feel as clean as the last time I stayed in a different room (only a few weeks prior).

It was clean, if a little dated. But overall, comfortable.

The shower handle wouldn’t stay in the holder and kept slumping down the wall

More attention needs to be payed to cleaning. I found a very dirty iron (which stuck to my shirt and ruined it) and bathroom taps and grout in the shower tiles need t be cleaned.

Location good, but bedrooms on bottom floor have noise due to cars parking, reversing, starting, coming and going constantly....

Noise from cars, blocked shower drain and staff at reception desk that didn't convey my requests to management after telling them my story three times and them all promising me to give me feedback, each time I went to reception (3 different staff members) I had to tell my story AGAIN!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Loved the well maintained private courtyards facing the busy street. Husband and I sat for quite sometime enjoying the cool of the morning in the shade of the trees.

Soundproof room. A Super King sized bed. A free taxi service from Hotel to the Golf Club return. The staff were helpful & friendly. Close to shops.

Closer to the city and easy to find

Location is convinent, short walk to golf club or can get a lift from reception and a lift back from gold club. I very much enjoyed my balcony view.

Parking is a little tight, it may be an idea to disclaim if usong ute, long car or trailer to use the second entrance and parking, just to make it a little easier for some cars to get a park.
