Nice proportions and great location

The rooms are clean but the vinyl floors could be mopped as they were dirty

Quite, clean and nice room. Decent size TV, lots of clean linen and a microwave. Good value for money, and a good location (i.e only a short drive to the hospital and CBD)

Parking is an issue. limited uncover parks and all parks are "first in, first serve". The actual parking spaces are small too (Very glad I had a compact hire car) There is parking also available in the adjacent shopping precincts, which I saw being used by guests with large vehicles (trucks).

Affordable, clean and convenient location!

The bed was super comfy, the room had the main essentials you look for in a home away from home. For example, well working aircon, nice warm shower with good water pressure, towels, complimentary soap, milk, coffee and tea sachets, tv WITH Netflix and youtube! A microwave and jug and a good space to eat food for two. Overall, we were both very pleased and would definitely connsider staying in future!

Honestly, the main negative was the lack of a kitchenette, but for the type of one night or weekend stay most would book this place for, its no issue. The price is right for what you get and there are plenty of good things to make it a special and affordale stay.

Room was large, bed very comfy, bathroom and shower were large, heaps of storage and the decor was really nice. It felt new, clean and welcoming. Staff were helpful and the daily room servicing was a real treat.

The only thing I would have liked would be slightly more soundproof walls.

Was not aware that some rooms were upstairs. Too many steps for someone with health issues. Parking limited.

room was spacious and clean. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. One of the most comfortable motels that I have stayed in for a very long time.

It was close to everything! Good value for $$. The owner was super friendly and accommodating letting me use the laundry after hours and booking an extra night was no problem even tho we checked in after 7pm. The wifi was fabulous. Even though it's on Ruthven St, it's still pretty quiet, can't even hear the neighbours TV.

Only cons, the bed was a little hard for my liking and soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers would be great.

Noisy people coming back from clubbing at 3am both nights. Family room is quite small with three beds in a small space. Smokers sit outside rooms so couldn’t keep windows open. Owners were lovely though.

Clean, pleasant motel room, but we were upstairs which was slightly more inconvenient and also the hair dryer didn’t work.

Every thing from the facade back. Website declared that it was recently renovated, when? 1974? Advertising a complimentary non alcoholic minibar, . After being put under a staircase in the back corner and checking out the room, I asked o out the minibar and was told that it is only if you book directly and not from the website ( booking.com). It was a dark musty room with a great deal of wear and tear with no evidence of a renovation within 10-15 years, the tiny television was flat on the wall opposite the single bed and not visable from double bed. Whilst I understand it was relatively cheap, it was still only one up from a cheap backpackers.

we are coffee drinkers and there was only enough coffee and milk for one cup each.

We have stayed here previously and this is a great motel in a very good area within walking distances to most places that we were wanting to visit.

Great location to town.

Floor was sticky to walk on. Both bowls were dirty and not washed up correctly. Shower was hot but the head was leaking water.

Check in was well done with manager rechecking the room on arrival to make sure everything was there. Clean room.Bed was comfortable.

Microwave and kettle could have been a little cleaner but they were passable.
