Absolutely nothing.

Very overpriced for the room provided. Allocated car space being used by someone else. Room absolutely disgusting. Smoke detector ripped out - drug residue in drawers/crack pipe burn above bed. Loud guests yelling and smoking outside window. Just gross!

Would not recommend for more...

Bathroom needed updating. Noisy clients and dogs barking

Friendly owner, good price

The first rooms shower head was broken however they did move us to another room. The rooms were quite dusty and the shower was mouldy.

We were busy with appointments and actually never got to have breakfast. Set up looked great though.I thought I had booked a room with a kitchenette but this was just a kettle and microwave, so was a little disappointed with this.

Rooms were a little bit dated but priced accordingly.

The location was very convenient for my stay so that was good and I also like that part of town.

The coffee stains on the ceiling of the lounge room/bedroom and other stains and marks in places that I thought should’ve been cleaned. The shower has a lot of mould broken fixtures & soap dispensers that have been removed but the hangers still hang on the wall and just makes the place feel untidy.

The bed was comfortable

Manager and staff were so super nice, accommodating and helpful. I left some jewellery in the room when I checked out and the manager was more than willing to help get it back to me when I lived 2 hours away. Would 1000% stay here again. Just across the road from some really decent food spots and a really good merlo coffee shop next door. Everything was super clean and neat. Really good place if you’re looking for somewhere to stop in for a night or two in Toowoomba.

The breakfast available. First thing I did was grab a cup of apple juice that was fizzing. One sip and it was sour. Milk in the coffee machine also no good. Basically just cereal and toast available. Not worth it. So disappointed as I just wanted a decent brekky.

breakfast included was a nice bonus. food eateries across the road, just walk there, plenty of choice.

the room smelled heavily to air freshener, bit over powering. my wife sat in the cnr lounge and the air/con blew out dusk and debris all over her, it needs a good clean out.

Staff were very friendly, room was what we needed, and comfy bed. Had a pretty good set up for breakfast, many options of cerals and bread and juice, coffee tea and hot chocolate and snacks ect.

Shower was noisy ometimes, maybe due to an air lock. Cleaning could do with a bit of attention, but otherwise we had a good stay for what we needed for the night.

Breakfast,although basic, was fine. Some fruit would be nice.

Cleanliness in the room. Toilet brush holder - looks like it's never been cleaned - same with the jug & cord etc. Floor has 'bits' on it. A serious update required - out of date & non working radio should be removed. The sign telling us how to 'make a call' should also be removed as there's no phone there! The bathroom has at one stage had liquid soap etc. which are no longer used. Time to remove the ugly holders.

The Breakfast bar was wonderful. My pillows were amazing (needed 2) very soft and fluffy. Very convenient location. Basic but comfortable and noticeably quite clean.
