And the things I did like about it it was very comfortable

Four starters it had cockroaches in it the shower didn't work until the second night

Very run down and dirty had cockroach's in the cabin very small. beds where the worst ever sleep in and sloped to the head end.I do not like short stay accommodation with permeant residents,the location is great just could do with an upgrade

The staff were friendly enough and adaptable.

Original cabin had no kettle, or dish washing liquid or anything to clean. Said it was last cleaned in November (I stayed in Feb). I got asked if I wanted to move next door for a kettle and better bed so I did, then the ac and tv didn't work lol so I moved back. Considering I was there for work, under 100 a night would of been exemptable. I would of been dissopointed if I took my family there for a holiday. Would of been good to see the TV from the bed as well. I had a small lounge and was a bit uncomfortable. For a Big 4, I think i expected more.

Cabin infested with thousands of cockroach Kitchen floor, table, couch, inside of the beds. Bathroom.Absolutely disgusting

It was one night short stay. Was okay .

Bedding could be a problem in the winter as duvets was bit smelly we kept them out side the door as we just used bedsheets for the night.

Lots of fun for the kids and a nice pool

No outdoor table and chairs for our cabin. Kitchen and bathroom were clean but I wiped the chairs to pick up some food and they were clearly dirty. Beds were very comfortable

The door wasn’t the best with locking unfortunately wasn’t secure as we thought a bit loose Air con was situated over the kids bunks made the little one too cold but the adult sleeping area was a bit hot in this summer weather

Looking a bit tired Most uncomfortable beds I have experienced Toilet screeched every time you flushed it so with a person with bladder cancer it was long nightsNo complimentary soaps or shampoos Laundry was $7 a load and only took card and. And reader wasn’t working and added a 44c card surcharge ! Lucky the cleaner washed for us or we be dirty Only one pillow each on main bedroom and flat pillows too Wasn’t a great stay

Great location for me.

The aircon in the cabin was not great. The shower head has a leak. There needs to be more seating around the jumping pillow.

Was lovely and clean and well looked after.

The staff were very accomodating about my large trailer that was parked at the park.

The gaming room was very average with regard to the machines available. Despite being the Christmas holiday period, we weren’t able to hire any of the pedal cars for the kids as I was told they were in need of repair but reception would let me know the next day when the maintenance man was back. Never heard back, although the same girl didn’t appear to be working the next day. In the gaming room, one of the coin operated massage chairs had rollers protruding too far out causing the massage to be uneven and painful to the point of having to get off the chair not long after putting the coins in. The coin changing machine took my $10 note and gave not tokens in return, I had to get help from reception with this.Cabin 4 was very uncomfortable. For example, the screen door was bent and kept coming off the runner when opened. The bulb in the bathroom had blown and all the mattresses were hard and the pillows hard and too high for the average person. The room could have been cleaned much better

We did not like anything about the property. It was old and dated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The doonas were dirty and the blankets were dirty.

See above for my comments. We did not like the property at all. And it was not good value for money.

They didn't have our room ready till 3.20pm and l rang on our way they said they will get it done no washing soap one of the worst big 4 l have stayed at

Not happy with accommodation

Cabin was very old and not cared for. The aircon, bed, and shower needed updating. The linen and towels didn't seem to be cleaned well.The laundry for visitors' use was not great. $7 a wash, and I had to wash 1 small blanket 3 times, and it still wasn't clean. Tried 2 different washing machines and then gave up.

I liked the price

Terrible beds, worst bed I've slept in at a motel/cabin park. Very shady clientele living/residing within the park.

Great place to stay with a pet. Nice spacious cabin with some small grass areas to walk my dog near the front sitting area.

There wasn’t a cake of soap provided which would have been good as I just assumed there would be so didn’t bring any. Also a used coffee sachet was left in the tea/coffee container.Also, a fan in the room would be nice. A/C is great but prefer a fan sometimes.

People who don't understand how to drive around the park, multiple people were going the wrong way around the roads

Ease of access, location and great facilities.

The bathroom was s little dated and pokey. Still very serviceable.

I found the staff to be very friendly and the cabin was bigger than expected
