Oaks Toowoomba Hotel

This was a great location for us as we were attending an event at The Empire. Easy check in and out.

The couch in the room was not very comfortable and seemed to have a forward lean

Breakfast was good that you could just order what you wanted and the range of restaurants close by is great.

The gym has no blinds so has direct sunlight shining in which is not great also the range of equipment is small

Clean and comfortable facilities. Was upgraded to executive suite. Very spacious and great view. Pool was nice and heated. Only problem when went first swim the lift broke. I couldn't find stairs and rang girl 3 times at front desk. She was not helpful at all. The room service food was amazing just took a while to place an order. Need information in rooms about place. Would of been helpful. Overall was a great, central place to stay, clean, tidy, good products to use.

Very new, good location

No information in rooms on how to operate or find anything in or out of the hotel. eg where to and how to get breakfast if pre paid to how tv operates. Obvious that it has opened but not all operating functions in place yet. Only one staff member operating at the desk at a time. No acknowledgement by staff if waiting to be served .

Clean and well presented room with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I think the property really needs to check its rooms to make sure it has everything. Twice in a row we have stayed in a month and twice the room was missing essential items. We will defs stay again but for the staff need to be more diligent on what people are getting for there buck.

the hotel has a good location, close to a large shopping center. The room was a good size, very clean, and the stay was very comfortable.

It was really quiet which was wonderful, no noise from the hallways or rooms next door

I am s regular guest. Oaks remembers my preferences and I feel looked after.

It was in a great location.

The fact that we only got one access key so the aircon couldn’t be left on while out so it was always hot when you got back to the room.

There was a lack of information in the room, No info pack highlighting where things are within the building, etc. Paying a premium price for accommodation in Toowoomba, the room and facilities were rather disappointing.

Central clean friendly staff

Close to the CBD and nice pubs etc.

Didn’t like the location of bag storage for early check-in as it was found to be accessible by other patrons of the accommodation without our knowledge. Lucky someone didn’t steal our bags while we waited for the room to be ready. 1200 arrival 1300 room was ready

Modern, clean hotel in a convenient location with secure, underground parking. The rooms are a good size, with plenty of floor space to unzip two large suitcases and the balcony is a welcome addition. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep.

Room was quiet

I missed breakfast. when we checked in there was no information on timing supplied. The cost was 40 to 50 more than other rooms around the area. booked it hoping for something fancier. Charged us for parking
