Best Western Tuscany on Tor Motor Inn

Had a great stay, the motel was in a perfect position in town for all our needs and the staff were very friendly and happy to help out wirh anything we needed.

Couldnt fault anything...only the weather...wet and cold !!

The location was perfect for us. Well presented motel. Easy access for your vehicle. Really enjoyed the stay. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The beds were lovely with nice clean linens. I would difinitely stay here again.

Size of the shower is very small and there's a unusable hot tub taking up space. Bathroom needs a reno.

I have never experienced such generosity in any of my previous travels.As an aside, to have covered car accommodation in Qld is a bonus given the storm season and the risk of hail damage to vehicles.

Rooms were very clean. Covered parking was great, particularly given thw weather was unpredicable. Staff were very professional and friendly. Check in and check out was extremely easy.

The couple who own and run the place are fantastic.Five minutes before my wife and I were to be picked up. We had a dress malfunction and immediately after asking the front desk if they had any safety pins or needle and thread. They were at our door there to help. Extremely thankful.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Didn't like that there was no bathroom door in our spa room which meant no toilet privacy.

This is a lovely, very quiet, well-managed and exceptionally clean motel. The service was warm and friendly. I really appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, lovely toiletries, sustainability, and a comfortable bed. The rooms are in a quiet part of Toowoomba, with a convenient, well-equipped service station over the road, where I could get milk and a fresh sandwich - there are take-away restaurants as well. I appreciated how simple it was to arrange for a late check-in. The decor is a fun throw-back to the 90's which I LOVED. The air conditioner, while it looked old, was clean and worked well. I felt very safe. I enjoyed a great shower and a restful sleep, which left me feeling refreshed the next day. This is a great motel for the weary traveller who wants to get in a good night's sleep!

The ceilings are too low to put in a ceiling fan, which I like to have on when it's hot, but I still slept really well without one.

It’s a motel style which is a nostalgia for me. It is clean, tidy, comfortable bed, renovated,covered parking in front of rooms. Great location to shopping centre with Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, eateries, cafes, all within walking distance. Parks and Gardens, Toowoomba CBD about 15 minutes drive. Great choice for the flower festival.

Can hear next door chatting but not too annoying.
