Great location, very quiet, clean...

Very central. Nice room. Clean. Would stay again.

The property is clean and comfortable. The bedroom is spacious.The swimming pool is nice .

The rooms don’t have fly screen so the ventilation of the room is poor, unless you leave the panels doors open and have insects inside, it doesn’t have a fan either so our whole stay we were with the aircon on when I normally wouldn’t have. Not great for allergies.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable! We didn’t get in until late and the after hours check in was so easy.

Clean neat quiet, gorgeous pool and suited our family needs.Restaurant was amazing , gorgeous pub across the road, shopping centre up the road and near the family we were there to see

I was locked out of my motel unit for almost 50 minutes when my two key cards would not open door. Finally rang after hours number & young lady came & unlocked my door. What if I returned at midnight to my room & couldn’t get in?. Very upsetting. (My cards were “wiped”, I was asked if I had them in my wallet, no!). I was advised by the young lady that the Ambassador Motel is in the process of changing the locks. I will not stay at this Motel again until I am assured that the locks are replaced. Keith.

Comfortable rooms with good facilities in convenient location near centre of Toowoomba.

Loved the beautiful, deep, relaxing spa bath in our apartment. Amazingly comfortable King size bed with soft pillows. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious & very reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

Car park space was quite tight.

Great power shower. Clean room and comfortable bed.The twin we had requested and had confirmed was not what we ended up with. A king was ok but after so many emails of confirmation ( too many auto generated ) to not get it it was disappointing. The bed could have been split but we didnt have the time to check before we left for the event and it was too late on our return.

The bathroom grouting looks pretty old and grey. The bathroom counter and sink were also quite old and would benefit from an upgrade.

My coffee the next morning for breakfast was weak, but other than that, all very good.

Size of the room was great.

The 2nd bedroom could have used a second lamp, and also a TV that worked without having to cast from your phone.

Location was convenient for us, and the restaurant food was delicious.

The room had no USB ports so was unable to charge phone.The TV was pixelated on every channel so we had to rely on casting from the phone to watch anything.No phone in the room to call reception or room service. No clock in the room. Reception was not open on a Saturday morning at checkout time. Wanted to make a complaint that only part of our room service order was delivered but we had been charged full price. Also wanted to pay for room service not using the credit card but couldnt since reception was closed from 6pm on Friday night and not open Saturday for check out.Only 1 blanket provided for 2 beds. Overall we were shocked it had a 4 star rating.

Shower was very small and glass ledge in there is dangerous. Very easy to hit head.

Great location, nice and bright and bath was amazing! Freebie water was a nice touch.

Too many snacks in the room especially the fridge it took up too much fridge room and is unnecessary to have that many choices of extras in the apartment
