It was very clean and modern.

Great bed and bathroom

Lacking space for luggage

Good spacious room, with a massive bath (there is a shower too). Kitcheneete and samll table and couch in the room. Door entry is via swipe card or key pin and was offered after hours access if I didn't arrive during the staffed hours.

The room was good except for the bathroom.

We didn't like the bathroom, online showed walk-in shower but there was a bath to climb into,not good for disable people

The beds are very soft. Was very comfy for me, but my partner was not so impressed.

This hotel is amazing value for money. The room was extremely spacious, the shower was brilliant, and everything was clean and comfortable. There was parking available even with a full house and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Excellent customer service, arrived in Toowoomba earlier then check in, phoned reception and they allowed me to check in early!! Modern, clean, quiet and great location.

The room I was in was cold, had the heater on to warm the room when it was 26/28 degrees outside.

The room is super clean with modern facilities and kitchen ware.The staff are amazingly accommodating and super friendly.Location is excellent close to early morning coffee shops.

Reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (which unfortunately is hard to find these days), they facilitated our early check in request without any hassles. Room was new and clean and had everything that we needed. The fan and aircon were great. Would highly recommend to anyone. Couldn’t fault

Clean, private, modern and fresh. I felt like I was staying in a fancy hotel - the bed was amazingly lush. I could park the car and walk to restaurants (Thai on Ruthven Duck and Lychee curry 5 stars). The accessible bathroom was spectacular!

We travel to Toowoomba a half dozen times a year and have tried a number of different places but having stayed here just the once we won't need to look any further. A quiet room with birdsong through the windows, very clean and comfortable. Easy parking and good access to a variety of places to eat out. Highly recommend.

It is clean. Christine is fantastic and really looks after you. Staff are great and tgat is why l keep coming back. As a regular they to the avenue they look after you. Thr place is always clean and tidy.

We stayed at the Avenue Apartments for just 1 night as we were doing Parkrun on the Saturday morning. The room was absolutely lovely and exceptionally clean. Even small things like nice size wine glasses and mugs were a lovely touch. I thoroughly recommend this motel. The location is great with a 5-10 minute walk to fast food places and a nice pub.
