Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay

The location is great, only a short walk from the beach and esplanade. I brought my bicycle and did lots of rides around Hervey Bay. Cabin was super clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. I sat on the verandah in the morning and evening just to enjoy the surroundings. Loved my stay. I also loved the recycling bay.

Everything was fine. Maybe some new pots. They were a bit wobbly.

Aircon worked well. Beds were comfy.

The description said accomodation had a kitchenette and the photos showed an oven, cooktop and microwave. Unfortunately the oven and cooktop were “decorative” and didn't actually work. This needs to be e updated in the room description. Especially when you plan meals to cook whilst away. It left a microwave and a bbq to cook on. Outdoor table and chairs were dirty and needed a good clean before we could use them. The Castrol seating was rusty and couldn’t be used to sit on. Totally different to the photos. Windows didnt open and a screen door would be amazing to be able to let the breeze in without all the bugs. Floor was dirty and could do with a good mop.

Liked everything about place was perfect lovation and vert comfortable highly recommend place, srayed in 3 bedroom villa witg wife and 3 teenage boys lots of room and very comfortable will defenitly be back

There was nothing i disnt like

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the shops. The cabin was ok. There was no aircon in 1 of the rooms or fan, however they sourced a fan for us which was great of them. The cabin could have been slightly cleaner. Family also had a caravan which had the ensuite and BBQ area - definitely over priced for what they got. The area could have done with a little clean up before arrival, palm trees to bin etc. The BBQ hadn't been used or cleaned for some time and really needed a little TLC. The kids areas, jumping pillow and park, was great. Kids loved it. The pool is also great. Just a general tidy and TLC is all that is required.

Everything, friendly staff, good value for money, so many activities for my children onside (jumping pad, playground, pool, another climbing play area) neat, tidy, rooms have aircon, just a beautiful, clean, relaxing space to enjoy a little get away.

The location was good- short walk to the esplanade or a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores etc.Lots of grassed areas and play equipment for the kids.The manager was lovely and was really helpful with info about the local area too.

The pool desperately needed a clean (couldn’t see below your own waist) and the 2 bedroom cabin was tiny and the kids bedroom had absolutely no room for luggage. The cabin was also close to a road which was a bit noisy and the curtains didn’t block out any of the 5:30am sunrise.Our room also didn’t have a bbq lighter provided, which the stove said was needed (and provided) to light the stove. We discovered this after reception hours.In general the cabins needed some maintenance.

Pool area was great for kids

We booked a 2 bedroom villa . The second room wasnt a room it was like just 2 beds squuezed in behind a door .

We have stayed here before it’s great with kids and the cabins are awesome. Little bummer the spa didn’t work last time the water was freezing

I don’t there there is anything I’d say I don’t like about the property I think it’s great and we would stay here again

My daughter loved the pool and playground and jumping pad.

Located centrally clean cabin staff easy to talk to would definitely stay in park again in the future

Cabin 58 mattress needs replacing like sleeping in a hammock fan in bedroom didn't osilate .tried woodfire pizza wasn't good value hardly any topping for $17 and burnt

The location of the caravan park as close to the beach and esplanade.

The mattress was too spongy and soft and the lighting in the cabin not very bright.The outside ensuite was okay but would be better inside the cabin.

Pool too small for the amount of people. Room outdated. Bathroom not clean in shower. Rubbish under bunks.

it was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchenswimming pool was also great

a highchair for a toddler would be greatand also there were big scary cockroaches at night in the apartment

Loved the pool and kids play area. Park was safe for kids to play around safely and securely.

No milk in fridge and no spare garbage bags in bin in kitchen floor wasn't mopped clean feet got dirty after shower.

Cleanliness of the cabin, and the wifi didn't really work.

professional, friendly, helpful staff. Went out of their way to assist when we had a personal problem develop

Lovely pool, lovely room. Very clean, updated and very comfortable beds to sleep in. Great location for dinner, attractions.We played putt putt golf just down the road as it’s so close.

The cleaners were super noisy in the morning, talking to each other at the top of there voices outside our room. Could hear everytime someone else moved a chair next door and no parking spaces outside unit. No hand towels to dry hands.

Location was okay, facilities were pretty good.

The cabin was clean but the kitchen equipment was dirty and the blanket had dirt and hair all on it. Obviously wasn’t cleaned and checked properly.
