Main Street Motel

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very clean and tidy. Great experience and good location.

It is a basic motel but met our needs for a 2 night stay.

Police banging on our door at 1 am in the morning…… who does that? Next morning we asked the lady manager and she said NOTHING SHOWED UP ON THE CAMERA…… were the cameras working? Police wanted to know if we had heard a disturbance? Is this a regular occurrence? We were dismissed and no interest shown regarding the ‘ police visits’.

Spacious room that included continental breakfast.

Power point tucked behind the microwave made it difficult to plug in toaster and jug. An electric frypan would have been good, as there is no oven/hotplate.

A satisfying breakfast/Excellent location/Friendly, helpful hosts. As a return customer, I have never been disappointed; the Main St Motel always delivers!

Wow the room was huge . Bonus got a breakfast which was very basicstill nice though . Staff were very friendly and helpful . It wasn't too noisy with it being Xmas time were close to the room .

The water smell like l lots of chlorine in it which I believe it's normal for the area. . couldn't drink the water either.

beds were uncomfortable, internet was so bad we couldn't really watch anything on netflix, toilet paper was terrible quality and we only had 1 roll to start

The pool area was in need of TLC, and the pool steps need replacing.Outside facade not appealing Ned to update.Disappointed there was no laundry.

Owners were wonderful and very accommodating as we had several problems before arriving and they were supportive and extremely helpful.

The pillows were old and uncomfortable but everything else was perfect.

Beautiful room, very clean in a fantastic location close to everything.. absolutely would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Harvey Bay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not be any happier.

Liked everything about the room value wise. Maybe our heads are too fat. Good pool, location and host was friendly and accommodating. Small continental breakfast of cereal, juice, fruit salad and raisin toast enough to start the day and included in price which for area at this time was great. Definitely was best value stay of our holiday

The internet connection was unstable

The location is closer to shops, really convenient and the staff are friendly.

The toilet/bathroom area needs a thorough clean. Would also appreciate a more comfortable pillows.
