Large self contained unit

Cozy, very clean, with a spacious balcony looking at the pool garden. Pool and and hot tub are amazing, in the forest looking garden. Staff super friendly.

The location was great. We also loved the pool area - the water was a nice temp and the area was always clean and well maintained.

Our room was not as expected. We were not able to block out the fluorescent lighting from the shared pathways at night which made the bedroom uncomfortable and too light to be able to sleep.

Being unable to sit on the balcony at any time due to chain smoking couple living/staying 2 floors below us. It’s been an issue every time we’ve stayed at Riviera, but seemed particularly bad this time.Sauna not working, WiFi terrible, generator running 24/7 outside making it difficult to sleep.

Good location, lovely staff and great amenities

Unit was dirty and had rubbish, hair and clothing left in unit from previous people. Tried to contact property through email provided as it was a private rental and had no response. Lift was not working which we were made aware of before arrival but there was also no car parks available.

The Pool area was great.

The room had a bad smell. Wasn't very clean, sand all over the couch. No A/C in the bedroom. Also had to listen to a generator 24/7. Needed more warning about no lifts available or parking. Very disappointed really.

Uft me around you didn't book alternative accommodation for me because you gave me an excuse in the powers on four hours later I think you would find that your staff is very rude to me too I think you're going to find your going to get sued for the way you treat me I want that staff all fired and my money back because I didn't stay there I had to go stay out of caravan park because you're rude disrespectful without rageous what you did did you owe me 8 $106 which I have not got back yet because I did not stay there I did not cancel it you asked me around that much and I didn't even do anything wrong I want them all fired immediately for the way I was treated

The size of the apartment

Stayed in deluxe room on top floor (6th) Very dated, AirCond wasn’t working so portable AirCond supplied without correct window fittings. Balcony wasn’t cleaned properly as there was pieces of crab shells on the floor and a what looked like a prawn head on the table. Photos taken for proof. Being close to everything was a plus. We have stayed at few resorts but this is more like an apartment complex. Couldn’t dine in or takeout unless you had a booking. No room service. Seen 2 staff members in the office once. Most of the time the office was closed with poor operating hours.

The outlook from our balcony, the internet service was non existent. There was no blinds to the balcony therefore the house next door could see straight into our accomodation.

Very clean with views over the esplanade and ocean. Very close to Restrauants.

Everything was neat and tidy. They had dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, washing powder. All very self-contained. Pool was exceptional as was the spa. They had pool noodles and floaties available for use by guests. Tennis court is well kept. Basketball hoop and bbq well maintained. They have balls and racquets available in the reception area if you don’t have.

Can’t complain

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities for the kids - basketball, tennis, pool and just across the road from a beautiful beach. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend for families

We loved the space in the apartment, the lovely balcony, pool area and gardens are kept immaculate. Brilliant idea to give a bbq cleaning bucket when you use the communal bbq’s. The apartment had everything we needed. Derek on reception was lovely, really helpful. We did a boat trip with Blue Dolphin tours to see Dolphins, it was the best, and we saw lots of dolphins. We were so well looked after, swam from the boat to K’Gari. Jodie, Pete and Cassie went over and above, picking us up from hotel and keeping us well fed and watered. We also did a day on K’Gari with Fraser tours, just the best day ever in the off road bus. Expensive but worth every single penny. An experience we will never forget.

Staff were great pool area and location was great. Handy to every thing. The apartment had every thing as far as cooking and entertainment and the bbq worked well and was clean.

Whole apartment needs a deep clean. Air con was only in lounge and only 1 of three bedrooms. Mould in bathrooms and cooking equipment e.g cutlery plates and cups not wash properley.

Well furnished, nice and open airy feel with a good outdoor seating area, airflow and sunlight.
