- I did not like having to remove all garbage from the room and wash up all glasses, especially when it had to be done in the bathroom sink with no plug.
- No much concern but there wasn?t a water jug available. Only one glass supplied. No bedside lamp or PowerPoint on my side of the bed. Refrigerator froze the glass of water that I placed in the fridge overnight.
- Booked a king size bed, was only queen size. Curtains had several large holes in them and several hooks had come off. Wall are really thin, could hear people in the next unit.

The staff was unbelievably friendly. Hotel employee went out of her way to do to things to ensure our satisfaction. Convenient location and comfortable room, would recommend.
