Wifi and tv did not work for our 1 night stay which was frustraiting

Pet friendly cabin was great.Efficient air con, microwave , full size fridge and the bed was so comfortable.The balcony was a good size.Very quiet in amongst the permanent residence and the laundry right next door.

There is 4-5 steps onto the balcony for any seniors that may have knee or hip issues.My husband has arthritis in his knee but managed ok.Shower water kept switching from hot to cold.

The location was great. Close enough to walk to the beach, food places and boutiques. It was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Room was clean, well equipped, lovely comfortable bed

Room decor very tired. Bathroom fan not working. Noisy fridge, clunks when turning on and off.Can only watch tv sat on bed, bed settee turned sideways so no use for that .Mice play rugby on the ceiling all night. Expensive for what it was.

Facilities for children ,Shower wasn’t clean as it had lots of sand on the shower tray plus a dead cockroach.Toilet and surrounding flooring smelt disgusting . Toilet needs to be replaced plus under flooring around toilet ,surly the maintenance team have a nose .Password to wifi was unclear on paper work .

Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful

Staff need more time to clean the appartments, it could be better. There was an ant problem both inside and out.

Cosy, clean cabin with own bathroom amenities. Private patio with dog screen. Short walks to pet friendly beach.

Accommodating for a late check in, cleanliness 10/10 beautiful maintained gardens

Could not get a good reception on channel7. Could not watch the Cricket

Perfect location and clean grounds as well as indoor, good mattress, room was small but perfect for 1-2 nights.

We left after the first night of a 3 night stay, Unbearable Very Noisey adjoining guests, No wardrobe, cupboards or bedside cabinets to hang any clothes or put things anywhere, we had to live out of our suitcase.Uncomfortable bed

Room was dated but allowed pets, had just about everything you could need in terms of kitchenware etc.

Wifi was non existent - when you could log in it always said no internet connection. Bathroom was a bit dirty. We were given the key for the wrong cabin when we got there & when I went back to reception straight away they had closed for 15 mins, which was annoying. Expensive for what you get.

Very clean, late check in was easy and the park well set out, easy to find our cabin. Clean and comfortable after a long day. Friendly team, communication was excellent

Really clean and tidy!! Staff so helpful and happy to answer many questions. Cabins slightly older but immaculately clean - every needed was there

Location was quiet unit was clean. Lovely large balcony with a gate to keep dog enclosed.

Kitchen tap was very loose and the bathroom window didn’t have a blind and wasn’t privacy glass.

It's peaceful , clean and convenient to the beach and esplanade

Everything, the bd was comfortable, it had plenty of room and a sofa to sit on, cooking facilities, great location, fabulous for pets.

Windows didn’t lock, kept popping open.

Good location, and swimming pool is great.

Shower head too low and can't be adjusted as it's mounted wrong, shower cant really be adjusted so it's either cold or boiling hot.

It was very nice in the rooms and great they allowed oeys

The receptionist was a bit snobby and flirted with my partner.

Very clean and quite for a caravan park and a good location
