Peacocks on the premisses and lots of other birds, like a bird sanctuary.

I liked the location, the feel of nature and rain forest surroundings, it was private, quiet and relaxing. but more negative than positive I am afraid.

The very hard uncomfortable bed, mozzies, not being able to leave my car out front of my cabin and finding toenail clippings on the carpet. The couch sunk when you sat on it, there was a small armchair, that was also uncomfortable. There were no interconnect smoke detectors, only one noncompliant one in the lounge, none in the bedroom, this is illegal in the state of QLD. There was a half bottle of water left in the fridge, the kettle had splashed coffee over it, the toaster had crumbs in it, and the cups were not clean. The place used to be beautiful, with a restaurant, pool and well-kept gardens, and friendly staff, now you see no one, it's looking very sorry, and all done via sms or email.

They shouldn't use photos that don't look like the room I was staying it reminded me of a Kids School camp

TV to small Aircon noisy and needed replacing

It was quiet and comfy and had a peacock. Better than expected

Great place. I like they keep costs down and don't annoy everyone.

That i could not stay longer. The room could have a microwave but I didn't expect a kitchen for the price I paid.

The pool table was giving us issues

Room was clean, gardens beautiful. Fridge was large.

Sofa was very small and old and not at all comfortable. No microwave in room. Very basic. Hot water in shower only lasted for a minute, then had to turn off, leave for a minute, turn on again. Very annoying. No shampoo supplied.

The entire facility is amazing nice and clean and the pool area was fantastic.

The mattresses could have been better.

Quiet space. Liked the peacocks. Comfortable bed.

Lots of plant litter. Had a cockroach in the bathroom. Limited facilities such as no spoons. Very small TV and poor reception. No internet in the room. Automated email with sections of ALL CAPS re key deposit payment was distressing. It felt like we had been scammed over the phone when making payment.

It was very last minute and needed somewhere to stay

Very unkempt grounds needs a good clean and buildings need updating.At least a toaster and microwave in the room would have been good and some cutlery.I didn’t like having to share a kitchen with everyone and only a jug in the room.

The serenity

We were there for 2 weeks (14 days) We were not offered linen or fresh towels.

The deluxe family cabin was excellent, had all we needed. Sofa, dining table and chairs. It was good value for money. The kitchen to cook and good fridge. Little deck at the front. We brought our clothes drying rack for the beach towels and swimmers. They have a laundry room as well. Location was close to local fishmonger. Easy drive to beach, restaurants and supermarket.

There are many birds and gardens... the downside is the bird poop on pool deck and pool chairs.The beds were a bit soft.

Run down...felt like the owners...

The location

No reception couldn't find any staff and noisy peacocks couldn't get much sleep

Spacious, tidy, overall clean log cabin. Big bathroom. Good size kitchen. We especially appreciated the full size fridge. Efficient although noisey air conditioner.

Bowls were not supplied! We ate our cereal in the mugs instead.

The family villa was clean and tidy when we got there. One could smell the cleaning agent.

The state of the rest of the place was terrible! Absolutely no upkeep, no staff seen in 5 days. Pool area was old and decking was unsafe. Pool toilet was broken and unsafe. Pool dirty. Grounds were dirty and very untidy. Tennis and basketball courts were disgusting. Old furniture lying around everywhere. Grass was long. Ponds were filthy. A very depressing place.

Nice and quiet, clean and friendly staff as well as convenient location.

It’s an old place and a little run down but as mentioned clean so not an issue.

Room was not clean, cobwebs, had a microwave in the picture but there was not one. The young lad in the office at check in was quite nice BUT had to deal with a woman via phone prior to checking in and omg she has to be the rudest person I’ve ever encountered, it had to be the owner as no one will dare let their staff talk to people like that. I don’t know how anyone stay’s there. She was terrible.

Good locationPool

Old amenities, not well maintained (plants, paint, broken windows and furniture outdoors, old furnitures, cleanliness to be reviewed...).That place was empty and gloomy. Nobody welcomes you, the reception is closed all day even though the manager is present...

The room was spacious and clean.

While the room was clean, there was a constant musky odour that didn't go away. Air conditioner was old and made clunky noises pretty much the whole time.
