The ac didn’t work

The Wi-fi was non existent. Could not even access it on my mobile phone. very disappointing. Only one toilet roll in the room. for a stay of two days there should have been at least one more in the cupboard. Rang emergency number and fixed up.

It was close to everything we needed.

No toaster, so couldn¿t even have toast in the morning. No cutlery or plates in case we bought back take out.

the main door needs to be replaced for one that I did not have to slam to shut it as did other doors I heard that belonged to other rooms that quests had to slam to shut and made my stay at motel not very restful.

Some rooms don't have Netflix, Youtube capable TVs, but others do.

The pool was open & the kids enjoyed playing in there after a long drive.Aircon was lovely & cool to escape the heat.Beds were comfortable & got a good nights sleep.Thank you :)

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but the lady having a very loud & angry phone call outside the pool.Maybe the rooms are a little dated, but overall a lovely location.

Urangan Motor Inn has an unbeatable location—just steps from the pier. It’s ideal for anyone who loves fishing, with easy access to the water and stunning views to match. A great base for a relaxing, fishing-filled getaway!

The room cleanliness wasn't up to standard during my stay, which was disappointing. It needs more attention when it comes to housekeeping.

Close to beach for walking, some small shops nearby, cafe,ice creamery, pub/hotel.

Room lighting dark, no bedside lamps, extra blankets dusty, stayed for 3 nights no fresh towels or bin replacement. Very basic room didnt expect that.

Great location

Needs some TLC. The shower in our room dripped constantly. Reception seems to only be open for limited hours.

Excellent location, right across the road from the pier, great food spots in walking distance, beach also right across the road.

Wouldn’t go back

Could not leave front window open because it opened only a few inches right beside the door so someone could put their hand in and open door easily. There was no safety chain or deadlock. Door was also slightly buckled at bottom. We placed a chair against door as we felt unsafe. Bed was very uncomfortable. We could see the room has been refurbished but noticed the bathroom sink already had a crack in it. Air con shutters were broken.

We had a late booking and were not expecting much from the rating but the room was good with parking under cover beside entrance and located close to Pier and amenities.

The motel needed a tidy up but was good value for money

good facilities clean and quiet basic good for the money if you're on a budget

there was nothing we didn't like

Staff are super friendly. Arranged late check in for me. Room was quite spacious too.

Carpets were stained bad, but it did smell clean so that's good
